Communication: I must say that I love that they are willing to send the paperwork for surgeries and consent ahead of time so that I feel informed and not rushed. Over the phone, it was quite a wait to get a hold of someone, but on the flip-side, when it is our turn to speak, the staff is not rushing you off of the phone. I also can say that when I did leave a message to call back, I was called back within the same day. This all said, this is an appointment only clinic, and should not be used as a substitute for having a local vet for immediate or emergency visits. You may want to call to see if they can work you in same day for things that can wait, but if you think your dog is in pain, Id recommend having a vet that you can go to for the best treatment for your pet. TL;DR: Pros: Communication; Cons: Long call wait time, Appointment only, Not for emergency care Facility: The facility is very clean, and they were quick to accommodate me, and my two rambunctious 6 month standard poodle puppies (BIG) into a room. I will not be jaded as to think my two pups are well behaved, they just want to aggressively cuddle and lick everyone. They have cleaning bags and towels in case your pet has an accident. The only complaint I would have is that the facility is crowded, so I personally was glad I came early. TL;DR: Pros: Clean, Good lighting, Accommodating Cons: Crowded. Service: The Staff treated my babies so well that when they came out of surgery, my little boy tried to follow the staff back into the room rather than come home with me! They gave me a call as soon as they were done with surgery and let me know I would be able to pick them up within an hour, and also let me know about pick up, and late pickup surcharged so they wouldnt be a surprise. They gave me very good instructions on home care after surgery, and even helped me get my babies into the car. Prior to surgery, I was also advised of the different optional things my pups may be checked for, and was glad that I was given a choice on the matter, and that I was given the option to better my pups health. On another note - I came early, but the Service intake is first come first serve before open business hours. The facility is very welled oiled machine in regards to helping you get in and out efficiently in respect to time, with that said, the staff is friendly, but highly focused on their responsibilities (and they should be with that high of an intake.) Do not expect a long chat as you would at a smaller Vet. office, but a friendly Q&A, update, and send off. TL;DR: Pros: Communication, clear expectations;efficient. Cons: First come first serve, Efficiency valued over Hospitality Pricing: KAAWS has the best pricing in the area, but with that, I look at it like ordering off a menu. Most services are only for that service - it is up to you to find out what services are recommended to accompany that procedure, and to find out how much additional care may cost (pain med, antibiotics, ear care, etc.). Its kind of like the À la carte of pet care. You can order this procedure, but that may not be enough, so Im willing to shell out the few extra bucks to make the experience what it needs to be. Just call in advance to prepare your wallet. TLDR : Pros:Best Pricing in the area, Cons: Research and communicate what all may be required prior to placing an appointment. ******************************************* I would definitely recommend with all this in mind!

PROS: *Appointment only *Booked my appointment online, view their calendar and choose a date and receive confirmation email and reminder text messages* *Very nice and helpful front desk receptionists *Very nice vet tech, was a large colored man with glasses (dont remember his name) who spoke to my chihuahua in a baby voice lol. Staff has good morals/values-read below. CONS: *Facility rooms need to be swept/mopped/walls cleaned. *My dog peed on the vet and she seemed pretty bothered but held it in, which is understandable; but if she would of picked up my dog properly he probably wouldnt of done that (hes never peed on someone before which tells me he was scared/uncomfortable) She picked him up and like scooped him upside down/lopsided with one arm. The took him to the back and came back with a towel under him-didnt swaddled just under him... Never seen a vet pick up a dog like that before... :-/ *She wasnt very friendly nor informative but got the job done. Cleaned the table where he peed (I helped too) but did not clean the floor-it stayed there till after we left... He then went to the back with her to get blood work and when she brought him back I smelt some anal gland secretion on him (cause he gets it done once a month so I know what it smells like) and got a paper towel and wiped his butt...which also tells me whatever happened in the back he got scared again and tensed up, which happens. *She didnt really direct me anywhere just said all done, so I just stayed there and a tech came in and told me to go to the front...normally they tell you well get you checked out or something but nope... ADDITIONAL PROS: ****Why I have a 5 star instead of a 3 or 4::: After checking out a ladys cat carrier broke right out side of her car (I met her while checking out, super nice around 50yrs old) and one of her sta ran up into her engine. The same vet tech mentioned above came out and for 30min helped me and her get her cat from her engine. They then gave her a cardboard collapsible cat carrier for free and were super nice about the whole thing. The fact that he took time out of his work day to help her and used a net/catching leash really impressed me and showed they have great staff with good morals/values. So just keep and eye on your vet when you go, and I recommend this place for sure.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I have taken all my babies at this place to have them spayed and neutered. Unfortunatley when people dont like when you tell them the truth, they get mad. Im not going to say their service is bad because is not true. The reason for all this bad experiences was because the doctor got all his attitude on me because I had scheduled an appointment for one of my babys that has heartworms and since they do all the blood work, i didnt bring any paper to prove that she have the heartworms, so, I told the doctor the receptionist never told me to bring in that paper, since I was having her get the blood work I didnt need it and he told me, I would have to reschedule to bring that paper from my other doctor and I told him, i was not going to go back home and wait for another appointment to show that paper. I told him I can have it faxed, so he told me that I still had to reschuedule, I told him but why do you need that paper if you going to do the bloodwork? and the he asked me in a very hi tone and attitude "WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU FAXING IT?" get out of this clinic or I will throw the cops on you. I cursed him out, oh yes. I dont tolerate anyone, to humiliate me just because they are doctors or any type of position and instead of the manager trying to fix things, he asked me to leave or he will call the cops as well, and when I asked to speak with the owner, and she told me the same thing to leave and will not give me anymore service. Ok, what really pissed this lady up is when i had made a bad review about how rude the receptionist were, becuase she told me that I had given a bad review on them. Anyhow, I just thought ok, no problem, but they didnt care about my babies if they were dying or not, they just didnt care, they werejsut concerned that I wasnt lieable to her staff... The saddest thing was when she broughtmy baby back to me and asked me to kleave.. she didnt give a dime about they health. It is so sad when these people think they have the world in their hands. May the Lord chose them, for their psoition then. Hell no, I WILL NOT RECOMMENDE ANYONE THERE AT ALL !!
