My wife and I are extremely pleased with the services of the Cypress Falls Animal Hospital veterinarians and their staff members. We discovered the facility while driving past it, and we looked at their web site for further information. We have used their boarding services, and our two dogs have received "well animal" services as well as urgent care services for medical and accident issues. We have found their prices to be reasonable and, at times, lower than we had expected them to be. We are especially impressed by their obvious interest in our dogs vitality and wellness. Each time our dogs are there for treatment or routine matters, we receive a complete explanation of what has been done. In those instances when our dogs have needed to stay there, we have been given a thorough explanation of what will be done and what to expect afterwards. We are extremely appreciative of the personnel and services of the Cypress Falls Animal Hospital. FOLLOW UP ... Six months after we began using the services of the Cypress Falls Animal Hospital, our family moved away from Houston. This was not an anticipated move when we began using CFAH for veterinary & boarding services. Moving often is very challenging, and this move certainly was. One of our concerns was wondering if we could find a veterinary hospital whose staff was of the high caliber that we found at CFAH. We also knew we would very much miss the courteous, personable and professional contacts that we enjoyed with the CFAH team. In the course of the six months that our dogs were patients at CFAH, they were treated for illnesses, provided care for age-related issues and received ordinarily vaccinations and routine care. They also were boarded at CFAH. In each instance they received excellent care. There were a lot of contacts in the six months. Without question, we rate CFAH as high as we could ever rate an animal hospital and its staff. Each of the doctors is extremely personable as well as being very competent. Their degree of caring is off the top of the chart. In the time we and our dogs had contacts with them, we felt as if we had become friends with them. They give that kind of friendly, neighborly service. The doctors and staff are those kinds of folks - those whom you would want caring for your animals just as if they were caring for your children or relatives. Ive never felt any of our previous veterinarians werent caring or competent, but the CFAH team rewrote the book as far as Im concerned. Fortunately for us, we have located the "CFAH of Colorado" equivalent veterinary team. There are a lot of situations in life where the phrase, "Youll know them when you see them" is appropriate. Finding quality and affordable veterinary services certainly relates to that phrase. I heartily recommend the Cypress Falls Animal Hospital as being able to care for your pets.

My husband and I moved to Texas 4 1/2 years ago with 2 English Bulldogs and 2 cats. Our boy Bulldog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure 4 months before we moved and I was very concerned about finding an Animal Hosptial that would give him the care that he needed. I actually chose CFAH because they were located directly across from the apartment complex where we were staying at while our house was being built and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Both Dr. Thomas and Dr. Halbrook were fantastic and provided "Dexter" with the care he needed. I have had animals all my life and have been to many different Animal Clinics and I can honestly say that the doctors and staff at CFAH are the BEST Ive ever had. Not only are they professional, but they treat you and your pet with a tremendous amount of compassion and respect. I will not take my animals anywhere else but CFAH.

Great experience with this group. Recently had to switch vets and this practice is right in the neighborhood. The front desk administrator was sweet as could be and noticed each pet as they came through the door and instantly made you feel welcome. The vet tech was patient with my both me and my dog. My dog can get stressed out when she feels someone is all business, but to her, it felt like someone just wanted to pet her and walk about and she didnt pick up on any "vet" vibes due to his demeanor. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help our dog. She gave us some great advice moving forward. Also, very sweet, gentle and patient with our dog. Their prices are beyond reasonable. I feel we finally have a vet home and that we clicked here. This is important to all pet parents. Thanks for a good experience!

Very disappointed, when I complained Dr. Roberts (Thomas) called me and screamed at me, several month later Dr. Halbrook talked down to me, like I am a schoolgirl, they dont like it when you complain. Now I got ripped off by $410.- dollar, it is enough. They are not as nice as they start out to be, I had their Vet Tech get mad at me, I dont need that. I did spend a lot of money there. Hope they are happy with it. Screaming and talking down and ripping of the customer is not they way to do business, I told them that. I am not some Idiot of the street, I dont need people like that. Also when I told them in an email that, yes the Rabies Vaccination is by law, but there is no exam required by law and there Office Mgr. send me an email, saying YES we have to exam. No not by law.

Since both of the Drs have moved out here, they have been my vet. I always feel welcomed and treated as their "only patient" at the time. They are very thorough and make sure everyone is feeling their best. They make sure we have all the necessary tests and exams while taking a personal approach when talking with you. They are familiar with my breed, Japanese Chin, and many vets are not. As the Regional Representative of Japanese Chin Care and Rescue, we also bring our rescue dogs to them. They do more than give them a "once over", they make sure every one of the babies in our care are healthy before moving to their furever homes. I am glad they are in our area and am proud to call them part of the family!

I found Cypress Falls Animal Hospital by accident on a Saturday when my greyhound was needing emergency surgery. I was not their client at the time but they were still willing to stay late and stitch up my dog. My (former) regular Copperfield vet of 19 years told me they didnt want to stay late and to take my dog someplace else. Im so lucky Ive found Dr. Halbrook & Dr. Thomas. They are wonderful vets! Its obviously they care for their patients. They have always been considerate of my budget and have never tried to push unnecessary tests or treatments. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I cant say enough good things about Cypress Falls Animal Hospital.

Ive known Dr. Thomas for ages, it seems. Met her while she was working at Fairbanks. She makes you feel like you are her only patient, putting in the time, knowledge and availability to get you through whatever issue you face. The real test for us was Redford...what can I say about Dr. T and my big beautiful boy. She was a steadfast supporter in helping me get Red through countless seizures from epilepsy. I entrusted him to her open arms many times and even flew out of town without worrying so much...and that was hard to do. She goes that extra mile and the world is a much better place with her as a vet. I would call her a child of Mother Nature.
