I went in expecting this to be like normal urgent care bit for kids. Nope this is a after houra Drs office. My daughter had 101.9 fever. He said it could be multiple things and didnt check her or seem to care. I have already spoken to company but this man cared more about going home. He didnt even give me treatment options just acted as if i was overreacting. Not even directions for her to take tylenol(she already was). What killed me was that everytime i would call him out he would just say oh no I am not trying to do that. He also more encouraged me to go home than to find out whats wrong with her even at another facility. Horrible bedside manner, lied(about bloodwork), and only diagnosis is viral when he doesnt know. He wanted to go home thats all

It was open, so 2 stars. But the doctor ordered uneccessary tests with nothing more than a hunch AFTER i pointed out that his vital and stats were ok. I asked if he could get a antibiotic and get procedures later if needed but no, so he sent us to a hospital for completely useless and expensive procedures to come back with the decision i suggested in the first place, simply because he thought he heard something but didnt even check twice. Badly handled. My son was given nothing for his fever and instead forced to drive all over for these pointless tests so the docs hunch could be proved right. He was wrong. Wanna waste money? Go to a real urgent care or er. Doc here doesnt care about sick kids.

Although the concept is good, the staff is friendly, the facility is nice...... I dont think I will ever be coming back. I took my infant daughter in on 3 separate occasions was unhappy with the services rendered. I kept taking her in hopes of a different view of the place but was wrong every time! The doctors had several things to say about her diagnosis such as "it could be this" "OR this" "OR maybe even this" ..... If I wanted to guess what was going on with her I would have googled her symptoms... Complete waste of time, however they are pretty fast! In and out!!!

They took such great care of my daughter. I brought my two year old in with a sudden fever and lethargy and they got strep test done, results, and gave antibiotics before we left ! Such a blessing to know that doctors and staff are willing to work off hours - as a dentist it is so hard for me to get my kids to a pediatrician during normal office hours when they are sick because I am treating patients myself and cannot cancel on them ... so from one doctor to another thank you for what you do! In the past Ive brought my children and have been unhappy with this location because although they were quick they did not take time to tell me what was wrong with my child, they just gave a prescription and sent us off. This time they took us back right away, and thoroughly examined my child, and explained to me what was wrong, what to do to ease the symptoms, and what to watch for. I was thoroughly pleased with this visit. I hope they keep up the good work.

Last night was our first time to visit NightLight Pediatric. I was very impressed. The facility was pretty and clean, we were seen quickly, and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming from the two front desk girls to the two nurses we spoke with. My daughter saw Dr. Okogbo and he was wonderful. Extremely friendly and he explained everything to me very well. Will definitely return here the next time we need after hours care.

We came in super late, almost closing time around 10:30 pm. The girls were all amazing! It was my first time there and everyone was incredibly patient and friendly. We had some problems at the front with our credit card, and the girl that was helping us was amazing! She was so patient with us and helped us get everything worked out. Thank you! (Posting from my husband account because for some reason I cant get to mine).

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about NightLight. I was skeptical of taking my 10 month old to an urgent care as a previous one was terrible and I have nothing but great things to say. The front desk staff is SO friendly and the Nurses/Doctors are just as friendly and understanding. They answered all of my questions and treated my son with great care.

My 2yr old great grandson was brought in and the so called "Dr" said he had a viral infection and that his body would have to fight it off. He kept running a temperature of 101 to 102, so he was taken to another Dr today (Friday)it turns out that my great grandson has an ear infection!! How can an ear infection be mistaken for a viral infection??

Check in receptionist was friendly. I brought my son in on a Friday night and within an hour he was seen, had X-rays done and we were told the scans were clear. I was happy to see that they offer to pray with their patients. Love to see that there are still businesses willing to offer something that most do not.

It was very fast, the receptionist was fantastic! And the nurses were great, I absolutely loved it! I would definitely keep NightLight in mind if I ever need to take my daughter again, or if I know a friend who wants to take there child for any medical reason. Thank you for your great service!

Staff is very very friendly made it very comfortable for my daughter to see the doctor which is awesome because most of the time shes screaming in my ear! But at this office she was great and cooperated! Doctors were amazing and awesome! Def recommend this location for your kiddos

Very clean and happy environment for children. My 2 year old was treated like a human being not a number. Front desk ladies were very nice. They had a screen to tell you where in line you were next. Thank you for getting my daughter seen so quickly.

I took my infant son there this evening for a bad case of constipation. The staff was very friendly and service was fast!!! Although no meds were given, she gave me instructions of what to do at home! Problem solved!

The physicians and nurses are always very nice and helpful. The clinic is always clean, and my kids have always got the appropriate care. I will continue to bring my kids here when ever their PCP isnt available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our time in the waiting room was very short. They took us back and the Doctor was with us right away. Super quick and convenient. Would highly recommend.

Pretty good, better than taking your kid to an expensive er for after hours just to have him come home and give him meds. Its the same but the bill not high. Great pediatrics for after hours.

The doctor was amazing. She diagnosed correctly and took the time to explain. Prescribed the right thing and got our baby healthy in a few days. The staff very professional.
