We liked Dr. Savrick. She seemed to know a lot and was great with my baby. But we had one too many very serious problems with this practice. The first incident wasnt serious as it was frustrating. My child woke up with crusty stuff on her eye to where it was closed shut. I researched it and then called; spoke to a nurse and they keep saying it sounded like it was something I disagreed with. Then the nurse led me to believe she was calling in script for the problem I thought it was. She didnt. She called in for the other and she was wrong which made it worse and spread! Now its day two and problem is worse. We are literally across the street at a Dr. appointment at for me at 4:15 and I call and ask if we can come in because the meds were not helping. The nurses said no and that I couldnt even come see a nurse but they would try to fit me in the next afternoon. So now it is day 3, my child still has crusted over eyes and we wait for 2 hours in the waiting room to find out that I was right when I called the first time and that the nurse called in a script for something else. But the big kicker was every time we went in for a wellness baby shots my child became very ill. After the 2 month shots we actually ended up in the ER for 3 days because of something she caught while waiting the 2 hours in the waiting room. Oh and when we kept calling the after hours staff to see if we should go to the ER she was 1. asleep when we called, 2. said "I mean you can go if you want to," 3. didnt give us any information about where we should go or what we should do until I asked very specific questions (which hospitals are you affiliated with). When I asked what some we bring with us she said "I mean I guess you can bring whatever you want." My husband did not want to go back for 4 month shots but despite my better judgement I told him I thought we should since the Dr. knew that our child was very sick in the ER. When we went in the Dr. did not have any memory of our child being in the ER, which she came to see her at, but it didnt seem to be in her file either even though we got billed for it. After leaving that appointment my child got RSV and had to take lots of medication and breathing treatments. So needless to say, that was our last visit. Like I said, Dr. Savrick seemed to be a good Dr. but they have way too many patients and the staff just doesnt seem to get it. The waiting time is horrible and the layout of the well and sick kid rooms is a joke. So Im not surprised my child got seriously ill every time we went in.

Both of my daughters have seen Dr. Savrick for 15 years, one was a 25 week old premature baby with subsequent gastrointestinal and vision issues. I could not possibly praise Dr. Savrick enough. She has seen us through difficult and stressful issues with hospitals and surgeries - all I have to do is call her and she comes to our rescue time and time again. She is the best advocate we could ask for. We have seen most of the other doctors in her practice and always had great experiences. The practice can be very busy but I have never had an issue with anyone as long as I keep calling back and am polite and courteous. I always keep in mind that there are so many other sick children at hospitals that are also calling, and with more urgent needs. Knowing that Dr. Savrick is on our side also gives my daughters peace of mind. If I am having difficulty with the hospital staff, my daughter will insist that I call Dr. Patti to sort them out.

I have used Bootin and Savrick pediatrics for the past 6 years going on 7 now, both of my children see Dr. McGrann. I dont mind seeing other staff because they are all nice, granted I have had an issue or few in the past but nothing major. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I have read some of the past reviews and I will say that if you get a later evening appointment (5-5:30) they do take a little longer to get to you because most of the staff has left for the day but as far as me having any questions after hours or even needing something simple sent is as ibuprofen they have sent in something. Of course it is ALWAYS better to try to make an appointment vs calling in and trying to get a prescription UNLESS it is something your child has had before and you already know the procedure and what your child needs but this clinic is great! I have never had to wait long at either Pearland or 610. Great clinic overall.

I was referred to them by a good friend. Called to get my sick son in. I told the lady over the phone my insurance cards had yet to come in, she said I could bring the paper with my info on it. Drove to the med center. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me that they cant see me because I do not have my cards. I explained to them what I was told. They said there is no way to validate it. They would not call the insurance company to verify, said they dont have the number. I offered to look it up for them. They refused and said they cant look in the system either. Needless to say I will NOT BE going back, and cheap advertisement goes a long way. The front desk girls need to get their act together and not be lazy. They also need to get up to speed on whats going on. Dont make people waste there time with a sick baby. Youre just going to tick off the wrong person! Do not use them!

Ive been taking my children their for 3 years and I just cant do it anymore! I love the doctors and the nurses but the front desk/billing staff at Fannin office are absolutely ridiculous!! They are rude, they dont smile or say hello when you check in and they just do not have their stuff together and the wait time is 30 min+. I started going to their Fannin office but got so sick of the front desk girls that I started going to the Pearland office. Mind you, I live in downtown so, driving out to Pearland to get better service is a stretch but I wanted to keep seeing my doctor. But I had to call it quits because everything is handled out of the Fannin office (billing, insurance, appointments). They could not get my new insurance straighten out and I just had to quit. I found a great new Pedi office and insurance, billing, smiles and hellos are no problem there!

Unbelievable. My wife and I showed up on-time for a 5:30pm “new mother” appointment. The Doctor was a no show 40 minutes later we got up and left. 20 minutes in – no one had even looked at us – so my wife asked “hey is the doctor coming soon”. The lady in the front was nice and said “oh soon we were really busy today”. 40 minutes LATE – we walked out. We had planned on eating by this time and my wife was not well. I called the office the next day and asked for Dr Bootin’s Voicemail or Email, they would not give it to me. So I left a message and asked her to call me back as I wanted to talk about what happened. Just to see if it was a fluke, and if she cared we might give them another shot. 4 business days later she has not called back. And of course I can’t get her direct contact to tell her how
