Dr de Jesus is an excellent Neurologist; she picked up on signs I have with my condition right away that nobody at my PCPs had noticed. Dr de Jesus Nurse is very attentive and friendly. Sometimes its hard to get the Patient Services staffs attention, even though their area isnt that large. They use a sign-in sheet at the front desk so that each and every person entering the clinic that day can read your name on the sign-in sheet. Thats a PRIVACY VIOLATION. But I want to say this... someone else wrote a review and mentioned the tablets they use for patients to electronically sign in. That reviewer was horrified because theres a credit/debit card reader on the tablet. Duh, the reader is there so patients can make required co-insurance/co-payments at the time of service without handing your card over to anyone else!

Im just giving it a star because i have too!! Took my daughter to the night clinic and 3 weeks later they call me to send her medications and to follow up with her PCP!! REALLY!! 3 WEEKS!!..the pediatric front staff are very RUDE!! They dont greet you at your visit, they dont smile or even look at you in the FACE!! even when calling for an appointment they sound like they hate working there!! My daughter has been going there for 10yrs and i love her doctor but the staff will get you in a bad mood very quick! I have tried to contact the manager Lynne but she has not returned my calls!! looking for another doctor!

The service of this clinic is not good at all. The doctor just ordered non-emergency lab testing without patients consent. The billing department was a pain to work through. I felt like I was being bounced around trying to lodge a simple complaint.
