Its so unfortunate, after reading the reviews I was so excited for an opportunity to be a new Questcare patient...I made a call today and was advised by Lisa there was a 930am availability on the 25th, I advised I would need to callback after checking my work schedule prior to accepting the appointment. I literally hung up the call, took 2 minutes to check my schedule, called back and was advised there was no availability. I understand its close to closing time but good customer service is consistent customer service I dont care if its one till the phones lines are turned off...thank you for saving me the possible headache if your facilities lack of service.

I have been very happy with the quality of service provided by Dr. Opalach, Dr. Seigler and the wonderful staff at Questcare. They are always so friendly and they always take the time to answer my questions. They now have an app I put on my phone that allows me to check my lab results, make an appointment, and read the list of my meds.I can also read notes made by the doctor. these guys are on the cutting edge of healthcare. Thanks for being there for me.

Horrible experience. Didnt Bill properly or send bill to me. Sent a collection agency after me for a bill if nearly 2000 dollars after a 20 minute doctor visit and one clonidine pill. Polite people and clean but a real rip off. Dont go there if you have a choice.

Came in for lump in neck. Was dismissed and told to come back if it grew. I now have a lump in my armpit and the same lump in my neck. Would never recommend. He did absolutely nothing.
