So first of all, let me just say that I work for a doctor myself and I have been the medical field for 8 years so I know how EVERYTHING works from front office to back. So I took off from work (UNPAID) for my appointment today. I spoke with someone about why I was coming in for a visit and they gave me some general instructions me a price quote. Once I arrived, they once again repeated to me why I was there and I confirmed the reason. So now the staff has stated out loud what my visit is for and acknowledged the reason that I came in two times. 45 minutes later, I was brought in to the exam room. The nurse then told me they dont treat what I needed to be seen for! *side note, the nurse was very nice. So let me recap this for you- I took off work UNPAID to go to a physician that I chose ONLY because she listed on her website that this was something she treated (yes, she has it on her site!) and wasted about 3 1/2 hours, including my drive and wait, for nothing at all! The option I was given was to establish care with her as my primary care physician. I am self pay, so it would have probably been between $100 and $200 for that type of visit. ^That is what theyre going to do to you if you arent careful. Basically, they want your money so they get you in here by pretending they treat certain things then try to get you to stay when they dont. Again, I work for a physician and I have for quite some time, and this is absolutely NOT normal. I have a lot of friends who also work for doctors and I know they would agree. I want to make sure its understood that my nurse was extremely helpful and nice. It wasnt her fault and she referred me to another physician within their clinic but in a completely different city (35 minutes away) and on a different day. I hate to say this, but there are SO many good PCPs in the area, youre better off going to an office that is honest, organized and that thinks about the patients instead of themselves. I have had a really good experience MaxHealth in Colleyville, I recommend trying them first. Youll definitely be happy with them because they care about their patients so much.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF A CLINIC. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THERE ARE 2 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LADIES WHO WORK THERE WHO SHOULDNT EVEN BE EMPLOYED DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS . JESSICA AND CHELSEA. I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, ONLY TO BE CALLED AND TOLD "YOU NEED TO COME IN TOMORROW BECAUSE 4:15 IS TOO LATE FOR US TO SEE A NEW PATIENT, WE CLOSE AT 5PM." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I SCHEDULED THAT TIME BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WAS AVAILABLE ON YOUR SITE. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS CLINIC, AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, NEVER TO SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE. I started going here due to being unhappy with my previous doctor, and I have be very pleased with my decision. Appointments are abundant and usually same day. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Nangrani is the best doctor I have ever had. Listens and is truly concerned with you comfort and wellbeing. Move my whole family to her. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Quest.
