Second or third visit, not inclined to return. The wait time is ridiculous. They have call-ahead times (but not "appointments") which is really unfair to those who walk in...especially if you walk in, no one else is in the waiting room, youre there a while, and one OR MORE people walk in and go right back. Once you finally go back, expect to wait 15-20 minutes at least before someone sees you. Longer if its the doctor. For my latest experience, I waited a long time for the doctor who came in, took a urine sample and blood sample and determined that I had a kidney infection because of a high white blood cell count. She urged me to go to the ER, but first, she wanted to give me Rocephin (antibiotic) as an injection. Fine. I laid down, got it, and waited. And waited. For 15 minutes, I waited and no one came into the room. I had to walk out of my room, up to the desk, and demand for someone to come to the room, and was told they wanted me to wait to see if I would have an adverse reaction. Thats fine, but TELL ME. Obviously I did not have a reaction, so I was ready to pay and leave. But I had to wait even longer. Again I went up to the desk and said, "The doctor wants me to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM, so please get this paperwork finished so I can get going." They finally did, I paid, and they sent me away with paperwork. They said they were faxing my information over to the hospital nearby. I got to the ER and checked in...they had not received anything from CareNow. It had been 30 minutes. The ER did their own urine and blood samples (which they said they had to, which I understand). The doctor at the ER said that I really didnt need to go to the ER. Even though the white blood cell count was really high, it was not so high that it was a real emergency. Then the ER gave me an antibiotic in an IV drip. AFTER they were done, I asked what it was: Rocephin. Apparently that wasnt on the paperwork that CareNow sent me with. So I got a double dose of an antibiotic. Fortunately it didnt affect me...but it could have. They sent me home after an hour or so with a prescription for Keflex (antibiotic). I got the bill today for the ER...$2400. Thank you, CareNow. Im considering whether I want to send you the bill instead. Seriously considering it. You cost me a lot of unnecessary expense. I dont have confidence in your skill, knowledge, or efficiency. CareNow, dont bother with your standard feedback comment apologizing and comment to look into the situation and improve your wait times in the future. You have too many other issues. Too many recent negative reviews. Too much waiting. Too little communication.

We went to this clinic on the 26th of August at 7:30 pm. I had a fractured foot and needed x-rays done and medical care. When we got to the clinic it was full of students getting physicals for school sports. We were told to fill out forms and to have a seat. The were no seats available! I stood against a wall trying not to stand on my injured foot. My husband went to the desk and asked them how long the wait would be, the nurse told him about an hour and half. He then asked her why school physicals should come first over an injury. He mentioned the "Do no harm" code for doctors. Apparently nurses dont have to take that oath. We waited for over an hour, I was finally called back. I was lead down a corridor...I had to walk...they only had 1 wheelchair and it was being used..to a room with a table, and a small set of drawers...no sink for the doctor to wash his hands. It was very cold. The male nurse took my temp, blood pressure, asked a few questions then left. I sat there for over an hour before the doctor finally came in, he looked at my foot for 30 seconds poked a few times then said he would have it x-rayed. I sat for another 25 minutes before I was taken down the hall to x-ray, once again having to walk on my injured foot. After the 3 x-rays were taken, I asked the tech if I could use a restroom...she pointed me to a room across the hall...a toilet and a counter...once again...no sink...it was located across the hall in the hallway. I was lead back to the tiny room, and told to wait for the doctor. I sat there for another 20 minutes. The doctor came back in and told me it was fractured in 3 places. I was told it wasnt bad enough for a cast. He told me he would have me fitted for a "shoe" and a pair of crutches. I waited for another 20 minutes. The male nurse returned with the "shoe" and the crutches, adjusted them both, and escorted me to the checkout desk. Once I paid my copay. I was told to pick up my pain script at a local store. When I got back out into the waiting room, it was completely empty. I was the last patient there. All the students getting their physicals had been seen before me. It was now 11:00 pm and I was exhausted just from sitting and waiting. I will NOT be returning to this clinic!

Went there yesterday after spending the night and morning with a temperature ranging from 103-104, chills, sore throat and sore back. Made an appointment online but couldnt make it until about 45 minutes after they called me b/c I felt so sick that I couldnt drive myself and had to wait for my husband to get home from school so he could take me. I did call them to let them know I would get getting there later than expected and was told that was fine. Had to wait at least 20 minutes in the waiting room before I got called back which as bad as I felt I understood b/c I did get there late and had to wait my turn; no big deal. My nurse was probably the best part of my visit. She was very professional but friendly and brought me some ibuprofen after checking my temp and finding it was at 104. I waited at least another 20 minutes before my doctor came in and this too I could have tolerated if he hadnt been so cold and seemingly uncaring to me. If you get Dr. Tony Keeble, expect to be treated just like another patient. He only asked a few questions and when he did swabs for flu and strep throat, he basically just shoved one of the swabs in my nose and only said Dont make a face while he put the damn thing in almost seemingly to my brain. 20 more minutes later and I find out I have strep. If I tried to ask him questions about how long it would be before I could go back to work or anything to do with my treatment, he acted annoyed and gave me as short of an answer as he could. A small fortune later and I was able to escape that place. If you have another option please take it; not worth going here.

I have been to carenow three times. The reasons for my visit here was due to the fact my primary physicians office was booked, saturday after 12 pm, and a weekday after 6 pm. I had to unfortunately make an important international flight that I had to make for a family emergency in Poland. I called and explaind I was sick with something awful (Ended up being an infection of the neck/nodes). The receptionist was able to squeeze me in 50 minutes later after hearing my story. Within 30 minutes of arriving I filled out the paperwork, saw a nurse, checked vitals, saw dr., had xray, drew blood (they called me in Euro with results of blood), gave me a shot, gave me a script of vicodin because of the intense pain and also some antibiotics. .etc. within an hour of showing up I was in my car heading to the pharmacy and then the airport. All of the other visits were not long, staff was courteous, and the rooms were clean despite this big family of spanish speaking immigrants that had kids filthing up the place with dropping food parts and crumbs, a baby with a VERY obvious dirty diaper, noise polution, and parents that either did not believe in or never heard of the word discipline. If I were carenow, I would have had a spanish speaking person ask them to take their kids that crawl over furnature, keep smashing the fish aquarium glass, knocking into other patients, and themselves and get the hell out.
