Friendly yes, but didnt believe my experience with systemic mycotoxicosis and that what I was suffering from was a recent mold exposure. I took the antibiotics as prescribed and I am still sick 2 weeks later because obviously that doesnt work for what Im dealing with. It did clear up my throat which probably had a bacterial infection from being raw and coughing so much, but I am still overwhelmed with mucus production, my abdomen became hard and distended (which Is how it stayed when I was fighting the mold) while taking the antibiotic, even though I take a good probiotic on a regular basis, my shoulders were too sore to lift my arms until days after I finished the antibiotic and Im very swollen all over, much more so then when I saw him 2 weeks ago. I went because I was assured that he would listen, but just like the other doctors when I was really, really sick, I didnt feel like he understood or really listened...they are so unfamiliar with systemic fungal infections and its a shame. There are a lot of people with inflammation, joint pain, insatiable appetite for sugar/carbs, skin issues, gut issues, etc that have some kind of fungal overgrowth or infection and dont know it...a lot of this comes from the overuse of antibiotics or exposure to mold growth from water damage and if you dont know youve been exposed, then you dont know that its causing serious health problems. Its a shame that theres not more understanding when it comes to this, but unfortunately its largely ignored and people are left to suffer or be misdiagnosed.

I want to start with the positive. Dr. Wacasey was knowledgeable and friendly during our visit. Also personable with my son and me. The wait was not long and the receptionist was very nice. A few things that concerned me: During our visit, he spent a lot of time talking about an insurance plan he wanted to sell as well as his book which I was told I could order on amazon. The sales pitch was very long and I found myself trying to be polite but really wanted to be home if his analysis of my sons injury was complete. Another concern: The lobby table had several magazines (SHAPE fitness magazines) that my 12 year old son was kind of surprised to see-women in the cover with not a lot of clothing on...seemed a bit inappropriate for a doctors office. We came back today because my sons injury looks infected. Its been less than two weeks, but the office wanted to charge me $159 for him to check for infection. I found that strange and immediatly made an appointment with our regular doctor (while in the lobby of this clinic) -which, I guess I should have done in the first place. The thing that struck me was that the receptionist tried to sell me a monthly plan as we checked in-again an effort to make more money. I dont know if its true, but this clinic seems much more passionate about selling services and books than it does caring for patients. I am not angry, but there are medical clinics on every block...positive I wont choose this one in the future.

I would never recommend this place to anyone that cares about their health because of the doctor. He might be able to save you some money by not going thru insurance, however the service I received was horrible from the doctor himself. I had a foreign object in my finger and went to him to try and save money, but he rushed the process and could not get it out. As he is working on my finger, I realized he has major hand tremors, which he mentioned after the procedure had begun. He couldnt get it out. Then he had someone come to do a commercial for the office and left my wound exposed. Who takes a patient when you have a commercial shoot?! He did not bandage my open wound nor clean it and left to assist the commercial people. After leaving, I felt mistreated and that I deserved my money back. I called Dr.Wacasey to ask for a refund, he told me he would refund me and to never bother him again and hung up on me. I have still not received my refund. All in all, I would not go here as he is unprofessional, rude and a loose canon. The only reason this place is somewhat ok, is the receptionist is very kind.

If you arent absolutely in love with your primary care physician, you should go see Dr. Wacasey. Pretty much all of my other medical experiences have gone like this: wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes to an hour past my appointment time, go back into an exam room, wait another 30 minutes for the doctor, see the doctor for 5 minutes, then pay and leave. More often than not, the doctor would have that look in his eye like hes looking right through me, waiting to get out of the room and see the next patient. This is not the case with Dr. Wacasey. He really does see you at your scheduled appointment time, and hell spend at least 15 or 20 minutes with you, gathering a thorough medical history and getting to know you. Dr. Wacasey makes you feel like a human being rather than just another patient. After all this, his transparent and fair pricing is just the icing on top of a sweet, sweet cake (he has a list of services offered with prices at the front desk of his office and on his website). Go see him.

Great experience all around. Ive got a chronic medical condition, and no health insurance. Most doctors wouldnt give me the time of day. All I needed was a refill on my prescription Ive been taking for about ten years, and its been hell trying to get a doctor to see me. Dr. Wacasey not only saw me and gave me what I needed for a very reasonable amount, But he gave great advice on preventative health care, he and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (plus, i got a next day appointment when i called!) . In the past, with other clinics, Ive waited months for appointments only to wait for hours after my appointment time just to be told i couldnt be seen. None of that mess here! This clinic just took a weight off my shoulders and I will definitely be going back for all of my and my childrens healthcare needs.

I recently moved to Texas to start my own company. In the process I needed to get renewal on a prescription that I had been taking for a few years. No longer being on insurance, the process to find a new doctor was terrible. I called other clinics and everything was around $300 just to get in the door. Also, the process to speak to a real person was very annoying. I was lucky enough to find the Colleyville Medial Clinic online. Looking at their website I was shocked to find pricing and a passion to make medial services affordable. When I called, I spoke to a real person immediately. I booked an appointment and didnt have to fill out a mountain of paper work and I was seen almost immediately. I was in and out in 50 minutes. Love the staff - everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Definitely have found my new family Doctor!

I took my son in for a very red and irritated eye. $134 later (they dont take insurance) he was diagnosed with conjunctivitis. Not feeling that the diagnosis was accurate (it didnt at all look like pink eye), I took him to the pediatrician this morning. After less than 5 minutes in the room, the NURSE saw that he had a scratch on his eye that needed medicine and a patch. Glad I went with my gut on this one. I will never return there again. Oh, and they kept my drivers license. We had to go back and get it after we got home and realized it was missing.
