Fui a esta clínica y la doctora que me atendio fue grosera, cortante, no me escucho, fui por dolor en la espalda y me recetó medicina para el estómago, cuando cuestione el por qué me respondió de manera grosera, ya no regreso al cuarto mando a una enfermera a hablar conmigo y hasta la misma enfermera me dijo que era una falta de respeto y profesionalismo tratarme asi., NO PIERDAN SU DINERO YENDO A ESTA CLÍNICA. me atendieron como si fuera una clínica de beneficencia. Y tuve QUE IR A OTRA CLÍNICA A QUE UN MÉDICO COMPETENTE ME ATENDIERA. . del 1 al 10 les doy un 1

This facility is horrible! We arrived at 4:45 left at 7:30 only because I got up and walked out! If you have insurance don’t waste your time going here. They do not know how to file an insurance claim or even know what an HRA is. I had to ask for some one I could understand as the front desk lady does not speak English. They gave my child a shot and afterwards stated that she was not positive for strep but had a virus. I asked what is the shot for and they said a bacteria. After asking multiple times for what they could not tell me. Even though she had a shot of a “antibiotic” they gave us a prescription for an antibiotic yet still could not tell me what was wrong with my child. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The walls are nasty, the nurses are probably right out of highs school and no one knows what they are doing! I give this place a -10

I gave them one star because they dont have zero stars as an option. DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE place. Horrible medical care, no ethics what so ever. All of the doctor assistants are lost and have no idea what the heck they are doing. Like previous comments say, they just stand around talking among themselves. It took them almost 3 hours to call me in and there was one more patient when I arrived. How the heck that happened?! I cannot even underground. I came here because its close to home but it is absolutely NOT worth it. I need to go back to get my results back from a blood draw and I am absolutely dreading going back. Worst medical experience I have had by far.

Its not even worth of one star. Their service is just tooooooooooo slow and they dont know anything about the process of immigration exam -well they were very confident about it. Ive been waiting for the result for more than 2 weeks and today which was supposed to be the result pickup day but they told me that I have to get another flu shot before they gave me that result. I was sitting for 30 mins just to hear that from them. Omg. This is ridiculous. And their flu shot is even expensive!!($35 for flu shot and extra $15 for followup fee or so something.. so i decided to go to costco) i will never go back to this clinic.

Do not waste your time here. If you decide to go to this shack of an office be prepared to spend at least 2 to 3 hours waiting even if the place is full or empty. I was one of the 1st people there when they opened at 10am and it took them 30 min just to call back the 1st patient. When I asked what was taking so long the front desk nurse told me their rooms were full? With who when they just took back their 1st patient? You will die of sickness or old age before you see a doctor here. I dont see how this place is still in business.

El doctor sierra y el servicio vien atento es un poco lento para esperar tu turno pero aveces estan ocupados y muchas personas ban con prisas y pues asi no se puede pero ahi las veces que he ido e tenido q esperar pero gracias a Dios me an atendido bien

Worst place ever in my opinion came in to get a blood test done and they wanted to charge me $60 for consultation and $45 for the test. I told them I did not need to see a doctor just the test and they still charged me $15 for consultation which was just getting my weight, vitals and drawing out blood. I was told 4-7 days for results and its been 7 days and I still dont have my results they said maybe tomorrow. Worst customer service and they really take advantage and will get the most $ they can out of you.

Dont expect to be seen in the order you came in if you arent a spanish speaking Hispanic. If the clinic is almost empty when you arrive and more Hispanic families come in after you expect to be pushed to the back of the line. I hate that my children are assigned here through their medical coverage, the only good thing about it is that its a walk in clinic. My kids have come down with the flu and yet here we sit still watching more people get put ahead of us

I do not recommend this clinic! They took two hours to sign us in. And another hour for the doctor to come in to see us!!! I was there for 4 1/2 hours!! The staff is rude and never wants to help!! If they are so miserable find another job!!!! But the doctors are good!! However staff wise no!!! Doctors please hire a whole new staff!!!

SUCKS staff is rude people x Can leave and come back and keep there spot when they clearly have a notice in waiting area if u leave for any reason u lose ur spot. Well m/a run it however they want. I will not be returning back to this place for no reason, nor will I recommend this place to no-one. Will be report this place asap.

Went in June 16, 2017. Walked in (no appt) at 8:55am. Completed paperwork around 9:20am, saw the MA for vitals at give or take 945-10am, saw the doctor at 10:15am, and left about 1045-11am. So for me being a new patient, getting a full panel wellness check up and blood work done. Id say the timing was great

I agree with all of the above, the office staff is less than reliable, and they may be still in school and just work there as in-turns, but the professionalism of the office sure needs an overhaul along with their systems. Hand written receipts do not go over well when submitting to insurance carriers.

Got here at 2pm, they had no patients.. It is now 3:30pm and Im still waiting to be called to a room to wait for another hour. This place is ridiculous. Its not like theyre on the phone with the insurance because they already told me my copay an hour ago!!

I ALWAYS LIKE THE DOCTOR , BUT THEY NEED MORE DOCTORS FOR THE CAPACITY OF PEOPLE they see... Hire another doctor to help you. It will make your clinic more efficient. Your clinic is a good one , but need more staff like more doctors to help.

There is a long wait to be seen but we asked to leave and be called when it was time to go back and they called us. The doctors there are excellent. I do recommend this office to those who can wait awhile for excellent care.

All you people complaining, try going to another clinic and pay the same price. You will end up paying 5 times what this one charges. If you do not have Medicaid this is the most affordable I have found.
