I have been a patient of Mary Jackson for about 2 years now. I have always liked her and been comfortable with her but that all changed almost 8 months ago. I was 6.5 months pregnant with my daughter and became very ill. Dr Jackson admitted me into the hospital. While there she would come to the hospital EVERY SINGLE DAY, even if she only came to check on me! I was terrified for my unborn daughter and for myself. I was devastated at being away from my 4 year old for a month. Dr Jackson saw this and treated me with compassion I have never seen before from a health care provider! She never once treated me as a paycheck but like a women, a mother, as a human! She made a judgment call that I later found out from another staff member that she struggled with making because she was concerned about how I would feel about it. Dr Jackson has one of the most amazing hearts I have seen in my 31 years of life! She is an example of how health care providers should be! She even took the time during pregnancy to make sure my 4 year old felt included and special! I went thru hell during my pregnancy and since delivering. Dr Jackson has basically walked every step of it for me! I might sound like a crazy stalker patient but there is no way I could list everything this women did for me and my family or the massive amount of love we have for her! She has and will forever have a very special place in my families hearts! This women is an angel on earth!

I am a current patient of Dr. Plummers (but not for much longer). When I first started seeing her I very much liked having her as my Dr. But in the past 2 years or so Ive noticed that shes gotten so busy that shes constantly late to our appointments. I always feel like I am rushed in my appointments with her, like Im not truly cared for. I started seeing the head nurse instead bc she was much more relaxed and spent as much time with me as I needed to answer my questions and alleviate my concerns, however she ended up moving away so I had to go back to seeing Plummer. The final straw for me is that, for the 2nd time in a row, my pharmacy has not been able to get ahold of Dr.P/Staff to get my birth control reordered. This has caused me to receive my BC late, and therefore screws with my cycle and forces me to use condoms for sex for a month. My cycle always takes a few months to get back to normal when this happens, and I usually bleed for 10+ days and cramp a lot in the mean time. This Dr and Staff are directing negative effects on my health and I will be switching offices soon because of this.

Called to make an appointment for heavy pain, an emergency almost. Explained this to the secretary. She set a nurse appointment and hung up. We get there, they brow beat us into getting a full panel. Then when I say we arent here for that and we called complaining about pain. The nurse gets nervous and distressed, demands we tell her who we talked to. We explained we did not know and she scampers off. When she returns she accuses us of not saying ANY of our symptoms to the nurse. Starts raising her voice and speaking rapidly, trying to convince us WE made a mistake. Its not their fault. Not her issue. Nothing can be done. So we get forced into paying for the panel, NOT EVER seeing a doctor. And still heavy throbbing pain so bad that we cant work. I have never been treated so unproffesionally in my life. We go to the doctor beacuse they are supposed to have the knowledge and skills to advise us and help us. Not charged, accused, browbeaten, and mistreated. I am hoping it was just a series of unfortunate events. For anyone reading. DO NOT let them bully you.

The doctor (Dr. Plummer) is very impersonal, doesnt even remember your name, even when she had it on her chart right before seeing you. She rushes through the appointment, doesnt even get closer to you. I was 8 months pregnant when I decided that it was better to change doctors. I know, at this point what doctor will see you? But Im very thankful to God there was a very caring doctor who took me in. You know it had to be bad when you decide to change doctors at that point. My worse experience, though, was with the third party who does their ultrasounds; Sound Choices. They are extremely rude, they dont have any costumer service skills, and their CD with pictures...you cannot even figure out what they are. They were the worst of my experience at Her Healthcare.

The staff here is great. The only problem I have is the phone tag you have to play when it comes to getting your test results. Even if you explain in your voicemail what your work number is and how to be transferred to you, they still refuse to contact you accordingly. If I work the same hours your office is open then logically I cant answer my cell phone. You have to contact my work number. So now Ill have waited five days to get my test results if they call me when they reopen on Monday. Every time I call all I get is their voicemail. Its frustrating.

The staff is rude and was very short with me every time I called. I called because I was concerned about a pain I was having (I am pregnant). First the doctor cancelled on me 1 hour before my appointment and then I had to get mean with them to get my self in the office to get the pain checked out. Its been one negative experience after another with this place. I have left this practice and now am working with a midwife. (So much better!!!!!! I am treated like a person! Nativiti is the name of the place I am now going.)

Just dont the appt. Dept. Is incredibly rude making u feel as they are doing u a favor. They never contact you with results not even to tell me the gender of my baby . The woman doing the ultra sound has no bedside manner . At my post partumal appt for birth control I waited two months just to find out they never ordered it

I cant believe I wasted so much time at a different ob/gyn!!! The Drs at her healthcare have been amazing! Ive been seeing Dr Jackson for 4 months now and Im completely blown away by the level of compassion and care her and her partners show! Something Ive not experienced before!! I am so thankful I found them!!!

Dr. Plummer is amazing! She is full of knowledge and breaks it down to you on your level. I have never in my life have been more comfortable with a doctors office. The staff has always been kind, and remembers me when I walk in. I adore this clinic, if I didnt have insurance I would still continue to go.

Their technology is crappy. My ultrasound photos are terrible. I cant even make them out. In comparison to my friends ultrasound at 11 weeks the quality is HORRIBLE. The first one is my 11 week ultra sound and the second one is my friends 9 week ultrasound. I am so disappointed.
