Disappointed in that the PA on duty told me he was calling in a prescription for what I was seen for. Waited all day and went to the HEB pharmacy three different times waiting on them to send it in. Finally at the end of the day, called them back to ask what the problem was. Was told by the person answering the phone that my paperwork showed no prescription was written. Asked her why as I (and my husband was with me in the room) was told that he would write a prescription. She said "oh well", hes gone now. Wont be going back!

I have used this Urgent Care numerous of times & I have been extremely impressed with their treatment and diagnosis. San Antonio Methodist misdiagnosed my 18 year old daughter with having an ovary issue and Conally Urgent Care diagnosed her with appendicitis. After fighting with the Surgeon in San Antonio and demanding a CT Scan they found that the doctors at Urgent Care were correct and proceeded to take her into emergency surgery.

Short wait to get back but the treatment times are outrageous. Spent over 6 hours in the ER with 7/10 pain from kidney stones and was only given one dose of pain medicine. Average time for a nurse to come back in was about an hour. Will not come back again. I would rather take the time to go to San Antonio to be treated than come here again.
