I arrived 15 minutes early for my new patient appointment. Evidently, if you are less than 30 minutes early your appointment will be cancelled. I received two text messages and one email confirming my appointment time as 1:30. Nowhere did it say if I didnt show up at 1:00pm my appointment would be cancelled. I will look for another doctor.

My husband and I have both been in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years, so I think that we know customer service pretty well. These doctors and their staff have ZERO soft skills and absolutely dont care about their patients at all. I will detail my experience later when Im not so pissed off.
