The visit has two parts, first of all they were friendly when I arrived, they got me in promptly after all the paperwork. I explained to the physician on duty on what I thought I had and what I thought would work for me. Well that didnt go the way I had hoped and was originally sent home with just cough syrup. Four days later no improvement I called in to the office and I was asking what the next course of action was and was told I need to be seen again. Of course for another fee, which I had disputed since the office diagnosis was considerably different than mine. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that I was diagnosed properly and was given the best care possible. (Of course) The receptionist never had a physician call me back to discuss my options and now hours later Im somewhere else getting a different diagnosis and treatment. Which is in alignment with what I presented to this office the first time. So this place is not in my best favor now and wanted to share my story since I do not have insurance and paid out of pocket for this, and now paying again somewhere else since I was not offered any options at this office to get this remedied.

Today has been better than the last three visits I definitely say they are improving I appreciate the doctors knowledge of the last review I left about how I feel things were not going as I thought they should have been. My girlfriend has been out of work due to a shoulder injury I appreciate the doctors knowledge and willingness to be more open minded and thoughtful of the pain she is truly in I truly care about my significant other and the doctor took that into major consideration today after three office visits and all the pain she has indured Im truly grateful that they are paying more attention to the injury now and taking the time to truly take care of her its beyond appreciated and comforting knowing shes finally getting the help she needs thank you to the staff and doctor lomotey for taking their time and being patient and understanding of the pain and the servernees of the injury you guys are great❤️

I ("Big" Henry) am in management and have a very low tolerance for poor customer service. However, I have visited this clinic roughly three to four times the past six months. The staff from the front desk to the doctors who assessed my illnesses at the time of each visit were very friendly, cordial, and empathetic. They truly treated me as an important patient. Their concern and assistance helped me get through some bad weeks when under the weather. Unfortunately, to make an appointment with my Primary Care Physician usually extends out to a three week just for a simple visit. This clinic is my go to whenever I am in quick need... Plus my co-pay is $30.00. Love It!

I have been prescribed a lot of controlled medications over the past year. With a foot surgery, deaths in the family, etc. the doctor proceeded to VERY RUDELY tell me that they would NOT be able to treat me for my MIGRAINE. I did not go there seeking controlled meds, or anything shady. I needed help. They didnt even offer a refund of the $100 I spent. Regardless of anyones situation people should still be treated with dignity and respect. Maybe this gentleman should look up the Hippocratic oath. I will be filing a complaint and demanding a refund today.

The staff are all very courteous and professional. Every time I have gone, I have had a very short wait time to be seen. I highly recommend them, as they provide lab and radiology services, and if you have a minor emergency, you will get taken care of a lot quicker than you would at the hospital.
