fired up fishing

I went in 4 days ago for example An ear infection and tonsillitis. The receptionist was nice and professional as was the nurse. The Dr. Seemed to be in a hurry even though I was the only patient. The dr prescribed 1 med for both issues. It is now for days later and the pain and swelling is now worse. I have called 3 times with no call back from the dr. Or nurse. I am in alot of pain. I guess I will have to go elsewhere......

The receptionist, nurse and doctor were rude from the second we walked in. Then turned us Down and said they cant help us. Have been to a few urgent cares and Ive never been turned down until today. My Jaw literly dropped when they started being rude to paying customers! Dont go here, your better going to one in san antonio. These people are awful.

Service was fine but the cost was outrageous. The place is way too expensive for a doc in box. A simple visit the charge was $470. After insurance my share was $124.63 for a single visit. No insurance in SA is less than $100 at a doc in a box.
