This medical facility is terrible. My wife had an appointment at 3:45 PM got there at 3:49 PM and they refused to service her. The only reason my wife was late it was because she got confused when they changed their name from Allied Institute of Medicine to Partners in Primary Care, she didnt expect to see that name outside the building, she thought they had moved. Not only they refused to take her for her appointment, but after I talked to them on the phone they implied that my wife was lying about the time she got there, when I was on the phone talking to her at the time she went into the building and my cell showed it was 3:48 PM. Talking to the manager didnt do any good; she sided with the front desk ladies saying that my wife was there at 3:58 PM, again implying that my wife was a liar. And thats not the worst; they gave her an appointment not until December, two months after her scheduled one. Too bad they treated us this way, we really like their doctors, but I guess they cant control how those people from the front desk handle their patients. Shame on Partners, they should have better control of whos up front dealing with their clients, I thought that going from Allied to Partners was something good, but they proved me wrong.

Amazing service! From the moment you walk in the door and receive that cheerful greeting, you feel like you are among people who truly care about you. We have also been pleasantly surprised that our wait time is usually within 15min of our appointment. Dr Garza is so thorough and takes so much time with us to make sure every question is answered and every health issue has a treatment plan. Dr Rosales and Dr Garza were right on top of needed referrals. The staff are just like no doctor office Ive ever experienced: Very friendly and eager to provide excellent service. such a breath of fresh air! We found this office through my husbands insurance. After consistently receiving such an excellent level of service, Im making an appointment for myself!

Too difficult to get appointments - even with the pa. Apps are up to 4 weeks out. I came ill and was there hoping to be seen when they opened They would not allow me to see any dr there even tho I was an established patient at that facility.
