This place does not even deserve a 1 Star. My father was sent there for rehabilitation from a blood infection and now he is worse because a physical Therapist that was negligent did not connect his oxygen back after he was brought back to his room. My mother did not notice this until my father was almost turning purple 5-8 minutes later. I pray that there is no irreversible damage done to my father due to this persons stupidity. I have contacted the Solara physical therapist director and now they are closely monitoring my father. SMH for there own sake They better hope nothing happened to my father... Please do not send your family members here they are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pending a call back from the Texas Department of State Health & Human Services to file a complaint with the state.
