Horrible place. I called to make sure they could treat my problem and after the nurse asked the doctor they assured me they could treat me easily. When I go there they refused to get my medical records from my previous doctor. The nurse was rude and unwelcoming, and the P.A. did not help me one bit. She did not listen to my medical history. Told me my diagnosis from previous doctors werent real and I needed to have myself re diagnosed by her. Then she had not suggestions on treating a minor problem that Ive been to doctors before and have been treated for, I left upset and paid my bill in full. A month later I get an invoive telling me I still have 100 dollars to pay on my bill. Do not go here, the doctors do not know what they are doing, they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to come in, and take your money with no help at all.

he providers at this office are very nice and take the time to listen to all of your concerns. I have been going to them for 3.5 years, and I have always been able to get same day appointments (when me or my kids are sick). I also love that they see adults, so my entire family can see the same providers. Another huge plus for me, is that the office is very clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The only negatives I have ever experienced are a few seemingly unhappy nurses. I typically dont write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since Gruene Lake Medical currently had one star from one reviewer. In my experience, this is not an accurate reflection of the practice.

Dr. Boecker is fantastic. She is thorough, she is usually running on time or close to it, and she is great with my daughters. They are also awesome to get us in quickly for same day appointments when my girls are sick.
