Dr. Lano has performed ear tube, adnoid and tonsilletomy surgeries on four of my five children. He also performed a cyst surgery on me. He is a great surgeon. He handles children particularly well (including concerned parents). You can tell he is a professional. He also is very private about your confidential information. When he provides services in a clinic surgery center, he is careful to close doors, pull you away from unrelated folks, to give you the confidential details. Lastly, I have seen him in urgent situations and he always has command of his personnel and environment. You cant be in better hands as an adult or young patient, or as a spouse, parent or relative when you have trusted your love one to him. Office waits or below normal. Get in get out but always answers your questions.

*Beware* I drove an hour to see this ENT and waited 15 min in freezing waiting room. Upon being called back, I was informed I was being seen by a Nurse Practitioner. I had already rescheduled an appt. because I wanted to see an MD, not a DO that was in San Marcos. I immediately got up and walked out. The nurse walked behind me and said "you can come tomorrow". Im just as busy as the doctor is with my job plus I have my granddaughter this week and we are leaving for Florida on Sunday. It was imperative I see a doctor. I drove the hour back and found a kind doctor with Austin ENT that is taking me. BAD VIBES FROM THIS ONE == SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING**

Our 4 year old daughter was failing hearing tests at school and had chronic ear infections. We called Dr. Lano and his office staff were friendly and quick to get an appointment scheduled. On the day of our appointment, we were seen quickly and the nurses and staff were so sweet, gentle and patient with our daughter. Dr. Lano took time to explain her condition and the next steps forward. I highly recommend this office to friends and family.
