Dr Hernandez is thorough however the senior office staff policies are draconian because they want you to leave a 150.00 check to use a test device that he provides and which I always bring back on time. If they had reviewed my chart and longevity they would have seen it. I offered to have them use charge my debit or credit card, I asked to speak to Dr Hernandez, I asked that he call me to discuss the alternatives and I was told he did not return patients calls. So now I will be looking for a new pulmonary doctor because he has an incompetent staff and truly if he does not return patients calls why would I want a doctor that allows this type of poor service to his patients. Its clear to me the staff nor Dr Hernandez care about healing patients. Didnt they swear to an oath at one time???

Dr Hernandez is one of the best sleep specialists I have ever been to and our dealings with him have been excellent. Notice I gave only a two star review. Dr Hernandez and his care are fully worthy of 5 stars, however staff (S) will not return calls and when family went by because of no return call they became rude and uncooperative; so much so we may consider our options. Sorry it came to this but there is NO reason, not to return calls or rudeness. Again Dr Hernandez is excellent and if this were the only time we did not receive a requested return phone call, I would overlook it.

RIDICULOUS!! My mom was scheduled to be seen at this facility...appointment was booked over a month in advance we scheduled my moms rehab facility to transport her there. She arrives and the receptionist tells us after waiting that they do not take my moms insurance!!! Are you kidding me?!? What legit Drs office does not PRE-VERIFY patients insurance info prior to the visit?!? I will be spreading the word of how crappy this place is!!

Although the waiting time seemed excessive, I understood why when I had my consult with Dr Hernandez. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all details of my scan. I never felt as though I was rushed or talked down to. I did not have issues with the office staff and cannot speak to the problems that others may have had.

Terrible service. The doctor is slow, like dumb and misinformed. The receptionist (office manager, dr wife) barely speaks english and makes me wonder why/how she is handling money, ID cards, etc? She loses these things on a daily basis. The wait time is far from worth it.

My father was told by this moron all he needed to do was lose weight, his lungs were fine. He is in hospital w third round of pneumonia. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere

Very thorough 1 on 1 time spent with Dr. Hernandez. Not in a hurry to rush you in and out, or treat you like a number, Office staff is always friendly.
