If you have small pets likes rats and rabbits, do not take them to this vet. I have a small rabbit who needs his teeth trimmed regularly. When taken to this vet, they mentioned they may have to put him under to trim his teeth. This is not only untrue, as he is a friendly rabbit who never complains or struggles for trimming, but anesthetizing can be harmful and/or potentially fatal for rabbits. I expressed I did not want that done, I got an okay. I came back a couple hours later when theyd finally got a chance to trim his teeth, only to find that they had DONE IT ANYWAY. They gave me my rabbit laying on his side in his carrier nearly stiff as a board, still under the effects of the anesthetic; I honestly thought he was dead at first. And charged me for something I told them NOT to do! If youre looking for a small animal vet, look elsewhere.

Dont waste your time and money. I called around to vets offices that were closer to home than the one wed been going to and this place gave me a $40 exam fee quote and $20 for medication (our dog had an ear infection). Little did I know the vet would run additional tests and that wed be charged an extra "prescription fee" - only to find out that, lo and behold, its an ear infection! (Something we diagnosed ourselves before taking him in!) As we were checking out, he recommended using a dog food that, conveniently, they sold at the office. We ended up paying THREE TIMES what we expected for a problem we diagnosed ourselves!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

They have BETTER than fair prices. They have AMAZING prices! $15 for heartworm test, $15 for anal gland expression--ILL BE BACK!! King didnt even flinch during the blood draw. His tail was actually wagging during and after! King has a new Dr. for sure! They have free treats on the desk for dogs. The receptionist, veterinarian, and everyone were all helpful and very nice. Dont let the word hospital deter you, they do everything any other animal clinic does and then some.

Me and my family have been using this vet for years now, and havent ever had a single problem. Ive even had to take my animals here so they could straighten out problems caused by other Arlington vets. This offices vet stays current within his field, a seeming rarity for this area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Ive never been disappointed, misled, or overcharged. Truly shocked that anyone could have a bad experience with such a professional office.

Have known this vet for about thirty years and he has pulled my pets and livestock out more times than I can count. People who think they can diagnose by themselves and then direct the vet to just do what they want need a reality check! Ive had cats, dogs, horses, and goats with this vet any ANY vet can tell you that you win some, you lose some, and some get rained out - but this vet is smart and thinks outside the box. I TRUST this vet.

My dog had a tumour in her uterus that had grown slightly bigger than a softball and they brought her in for surgery not long after her appointment. The people were friendly and accomodating and explained what they were going to do. The price was great as well considering how much they had to do. The bird in their waiting room is cute too;)

Excellent and personal very involved in helping me understand what might be the diagnosis and what the next steps might entail. Full exam and rabies shot plus an estimate for a required x Ray. Considering that my other vets never diagnosed this . I myself was starting to see all the symptoms.

Dont waste your time going here. They tell you one price over phone and when you get there they will add additional charges and you end up paying 3 times what they quoted. Also they will not tell you to bring in the shot records and then try to charge you for a whole new round of shots.
