Ive really liked the Doctors here, however the office staff is sub-par. Dont bother calling in advance to confirm insurance coverage. I called in and explained how my insurance had changed to a new plan through the same provider (Humana/Tricare) and was told the differences in copay/billing with my new plan and due to my condition to go to the walk in because what I described shouldnt wait for an appointment. I sat there for 45 minutes with the excruciating lower back and abdominal pain I am having just to be told they werent sure if they could see me to check back tomorrow. What a waste of time.

Dr Nicole Riojas has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me and my family. Our son is Autistic and the clinic has always worked well with us in getting the proper referrals he needs. We are seen I. Time every time we go in and its never been an unpleasant item. This is one of the few clinics serving out vets and taking Tricare to aid in doing so. Wish the specialty doctors for mental health and the liking would follow this example.

Horrible. Long wait, rude and poorly trained staff, steep bill. The doctor was lovely, but this clinic is a mess.
