I went in yesterday morning after making an appointment for 10:30 online. I was prompt to my appointment but the waiting room was packed full of people. The receptionist wasnt overly efficient at her job and argued with me briefly about my insurance before resigning to the fact that I knew what I was talking about (I used to work in health insurance). I began to get annoyed with 2 things: 1. My "appointment" was irrelevant because I still waited almost an hour to be seen, and 2., there was a young boy and a lady in there who obviously had stomach issues going on and there were NO blue emet bags anywhere (they gave the child a trashcan in the waiting room so no telling how many people have used that same trashcan for that purpose. The woman had to run to the shared bathroom each time. Extremely unsanitary.) Also, the waiting room is tiny but could easily be divided into a sick vs injury/drug test side. Once I finally got back to see the doctor (which was actually a PA), it still took forever to get seen and checked out. His prescribed treatment was fine and he did a good job of covering all the bases (turned out to be pnuemonia) but the wait was absolutely ridiculous and their precautions for health are few.

I have had multiple appointments at this location within the past year and I am pretty pleased with the service that they provided. I have been seen at least 2-3 different doctors and they have provided the right medication to remove the rash that I acquired while I was clearing my parents backyard. The two receptionist that I have seen first before I am able to see the doctors assisted me without any problems due to paperwork or the appointment that was set up by the military. I recommend to anyone that has an issue with something to contact these folks first, since they will provide the excellent service that you might need without any problems or delay. Great job folks....

Dont ever go to this place. My bf went over there 3 days ago. The lady at the front desk was rude as hell. Then when we finally get to the back all the nurses acted stuck up and acted like they hated thier job. When the dr finally walked in the room they tested him for the flu. He didnt have it. Which is a good thing. But other than the flu the dr didnt know what to call it. He kept stuttering like he has never anyone with a cold before. Even with the medicine he prescribed my bf. Here we are at the er because he is still sick. I have never met a dr that didnt know what to call a sickness. And i have never met such stuck up ass nurses!! We will never go to this place again!

. I went in for an x-ray on my left pinky toe (that is black and purple and swollen twice its normal size) and was told it was ok, no breaks, just some discoloration. I also had my ribs x-rated and was told the same thing. Radiologist called later to apologize for the Doctors mis diagnosis, I did in fact have a "displaced fractured rib dangerously close to my lungs, and my toe was indeed fractured as well". Dont wast your time or money with this place. The Doctor even slapped me on the back with fractured rib and said "your tougher than you think! Luckily I had them give me my X-rays on a disc and printed them out. BOTH BREAKS WERE PLAIN AS DAY TO SEE!

Made appointment and was waiting for about two hours and thought I was next but a girl shows up no appointment and they get her in before me really what is the point of having appointment when the people at desk get there friends in when they show up

I was able to sign in online to reserve my place in line. Easy tablet electronic registration. Very friendly and knowledgable staff and they called in my prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy for fast pickup. Very happy with my experience.

If you dont have insurance its expensive and a long wait time. make sure to request generics drugs cause they will prescribe name brand
