Ive been to this location a few times and have had nothing but issues, you can schedule and appointment and still wait in the lobby for over an hour and they have given me hassle over filling medications multiple times. If Im paying to come in and have something specific done and 6 months later they call and say they never prescribed what I went in for originally and I have to come back again, Id rather go somewhere else that isnt going to cause more of an annoyance.

Unfortunately there are very few benefits of using a for profit chain store type Health Clinic. The staff although nice enough seem uneducated and unfamiliar with the policies of the clinic. The doctor seemed fine as far as education, but you felt like you were run through the mill. I would not recommend this clinic unless it is your VERY LAST resort. Get a doctor/clinic that has a caring attitude and acts with your interest in mind and not profits.

I went to this clinic with a problem that had been going on for 3 months hoping to get it resolved ... I was seen by the nurse practicioner an older black guy that all he did was stared at my legs and my chest... didnt do an assessment or a check up he order blood work.. its been almost another 3 months and I still havent had lab results orany response of what is the cause of my health problem.... not so happy

it is a community clinic, meaning: prepare to be grilled about your social background and pushed into doing things a doctors office would not normally force you to do. I.E. if your child is on medicaid, they try to make you get bloodwork that is not normally required. I also felt as if we were treated like second rate citizens, only by the doctor and lvn...the rest of the staff was wonderful.

I made an appointment as a new patient and when I showed up for my appointment there was no doctor in the building. They tried to reschedule me a week later at a different location 45 minuets away. It wasnt until after the scheduled appointment time that I got a call from an automatic message saying that the doctor wasnt in and I needed to reschedule.

It is very difficult to find a good Doctor now a days who will take time to listen and treat you with care. Dr. Molinar is one of those of the rare kind. He has treated my parents and I decided to give him a try as well. He is very patient and knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares and works hard to do the best job possible.

My experience was terrible. They rushed my time in the office and didnt want to answer my questions. I was just a number and wanted nothing to do with me. After that experience I never went back and now for the last two years I go to the Communicare in Kyle... They treat me so much better and they take care of everything.

Not the best service at all...and the doctors get it wrong more than a few times. Ive taken my kids to urgent care offices and have gotten better treatment,after taking them to their communicare doctor numerous times.
