The clinic is very clean and the staff is very nice and caring. There is only one incident that made my mind change about this review. When we got here we used a webcam in the room, to have family that cant visit to be able to see the patient, and after being told by a therapist that it was ok, as long as it does not interfere with other patients privacy, one nurse told us to turn it off, so we did , and then started asking what the policy was, and the supervisor on turn didn’t know, then we asked for a policy in writing and she asked why?, that this was their hospital and we had to turn it off. So, this two people were so rude, and Administration said that it was ok to have it as long as we turn it off when the staff was in the room. Being rude was unnecessary, if they had told us that in the first place we will have comply gladly. So we decided to transfer our patient to our house. Be aware of some of this people, if they do that when family is here 24/7, imagine what they do when no one is around to see.

This was the nicest and best rehab hospital we were able to find for our particular situation. The hospital was clean, people friendly. The rehab portion was great. The problem came in on medication adjustments. My mom has an unusual condition which causes major pain and she was overmedicated which resulted in hallucinations and a fall. I understand that this is a problem medicating elderly patients, but still this was a major concern. My mother also fell in the medical center she was in before the rehab hospital and broke her clavicle. Reliant nurses did not know that it was broken and would forget to not allow her to pull or push with that arm. They also thought her medical condition was TMJ while it was something totally different and much more painful. So they didnt realize how important it was for my mom to receive her pain meds on time to avoid that excruciating pain. Even with these issues, I would use Reliant again.

I have just completed my rehab at this hospital, which included one month stay in the hospital and 3 months of outpatient care after suffering a stroke. The only bad thing about them is that thier housekeeping is HORRIBLE. They would come into my room AFTER 11:00 just to change my trash can liner and turn on the monstrous overhead light instead of the smaller lights. This facility is A1 as far as rehab care goes. If I were the person below with the trach issue, I wouold have inquired first to see if they did care for it.

This facility is a horrible place to put your family. The staff will disregard the doctors orders and they will kill your family member. Find another facility that you can trust with your loved one.
