Caregivers were great! However I am a bit suspicious of billing methods. Requirement for estimate payment upfront prior to surgery. In my case it hit my out of pocket. Surgery was 3 weeks ago, still no claim, however other bills from the surgery (Anethesia, Pathology) have come in reducing what is left on my out of pocket for the year. Thereby MH now will have to provide a credit back to me for the difference.

These people are Blundering IDIOTS. They have NO clue how to run this place, they lie to you...they bear the name of Memorial Herman but there is only a 30% venture there. They are ruining there reputation, whoever THEY are. Nuff Said.... Dave

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and everyone i met was very kind and helpful and the entire experience was very short and painless. Id favorably compare it to other surgical experiences Ive had.
