Weve been seeing Dr. Santo for over a year, since we moved to Tyler. He adjusts my two young children and myself, including during my pregnancy with my younger one. He told me in the beginning what treatment schedule would be best, but when I couldnt come as often, he and his staff gladly met me where I was and worked with my schedule and abilities. Hes very gentle and effective. Ive had much more forceful, painful adjustments from other chiropractors. His staff is friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. We always get worked in at the last minute if we need to, without any difficulty, and when we cant come in as often as we should nobody gives us any grief. I can give this practice 5 stars with a clear conscience.

I went to Dr. Santo because my previous Dr. was so busy that I hadnt been able to get in to see him and if I did, there was a long painful wait! THANK GOD!! Dr. Santo saw me the first time and I walked out of the office and STEPPED UP into my suburban! For the first time in two years and with multiple visits to other doctors, I just lifted my right leg without using my hands!!! My only complaint is that after 3 visits, I thought I could RUN! Wrong! And not on wet marble floors!!! Well, at least I get to see Dr. S. again!! Oh, and the staff smiles and doesnt make you feel like you just stole money if you miss an appointment!!! They are soooo pleasant!

I went to Dr. Santos for a standard adjustment and he spent the entire appointment trying to sell me additional services that I did not need. His explanation was unhelpful and condescending. He spent three minutes on an "adjustment," but did not actually adjust my back. This appointment was a huge waste of time and money!

Dr. Santo sees "the whole you" and gets to know your body. He can make a major adjustment for me in one visit. I then go back once, sometimes twice, and I am good for eons. He is the "Pro From Dover"!
