I scheduled a month and a half in advance. I took off work to take my dog in. When I showed up, nobody was there. I called the office and the voicemail said they were closed that day. Turns out they removed my appointment without telling me, or rescheduling. They told me I would have to completely reschedule and come back in another month. Dishonest, waste of time, frustrated. Im going somewhere else, awful customer service.

Vet is fine but front desk service is HORRIBLE. Dont remember the name of the lady up front, but shes kind of red haired, as I recall. Shes SO rude and unfriendly. Whatever happened to friendly customer service? The only reason why I gave this 2 stars is b/c the vet himself is decent. I would not go back because of the front desk lady though.

Of course the Vet is fine. Everyone is happy to see him. Now the front desk help is trying to make everyone happy but theyre dealing with concerned people and sick animals (or is it concerned animals and sick people...?) They just got too used to not being able to make anyone happy so give them a break.

We were in town for a family reunion when one of our pups was hurt, this clinics vet and staff took our pup right in, stitched him up, and send us home without gouging us. Wonderful staff and great pricing. Hopefully we dont need emergency vet services again, but if you do this is a great place to go!

We were treated great and would highly recommend the whole place. I called several times and was treated kindly and had no complaints at all about the front desk. Dr. Esplin did a great job on our dog and we are so glad we went with Southern Utah Animal Hospital

Ive been here a few separate times. The price is the lowest in town but I didnt love the service. I was treated well but a few of the times I didnt even see the vet. I was a little disappointed by this.
