I dont usually write reviews unless something or someone is truly exceptional which is why Im writing this about BrightStar Care of Arlington. In this changing health care world with increasing demands and volumes of paperwork, it is so refreshing to be able to work for a company with a fantastic owner who is so compassionate and truly focused on quality patient care. The managers are also top-notch and always available for support if needed even on the weekends. The patients have been wonderful and I look forward to seeing more of them in the future as the company continues to grow. I feel so lucky and grateful to have found this home care agency which seems too good to be true!

I worked for Bright star care of Arlington for a year. Great company, they provide a higher standard of care for the clients. The caregivers and nurses are excellent, they deliver compassionate care and go far and beyond to ensure that clients are well taken care of in the comfort of their homes. The office staffs including the owner (Outstanding work ethics), works in synergy to make sure that staffs and clients are compatible. The schedule is flexible, both the clients and caregivers are always happy. Overall, it is a great company. I highly recommend it.

This organization is very unprofessional. Applied here and was given an interview date/time. They called 1 hour before interview to cancel and re-schedule because the "owners" are not available. After 3 days the position is filled. Dont waste your time with this unprofessional and disorganized company.
