So today I went in to fill out a incident report that had happen at the Dunlop housing in Colonial Heights, the client I had fell out of his chair attempting to clean his stool with babywipes, that facility had nobody on cleaning duty and only wipes to clean the mess up. They called Care Advantage trying to make it seem like I wasnt doing my job as a PCA, I later on texted a Care Advantage Head person letting them know I respectfully resign from my position and that I would wait for another nurse to come take over, nobody responsed so I left and told a nurse at the head desk who was a LPN at the facility that I was leaving. Today they tried me,saying I didnt communicate saying I was leaving or anything when I texted them like any other time letting them know what happen. All of a sudden texting is not a form of communication, Care Advantage send messages out all the time about anything but all of a sudden thats not a way to communicate and call themselves attempting to terminate me when I had already resign from the position. I had heard about how bad Care Advantage was and attempts to take advantage of people,but I had to see for myself. I wouldnt recommend working here to anyone, they say they start you at 8.25 but look at the stubs its not the amount they tell you at orientation. I really hope Care Advantage as a team can pull it together because I adored all my clients, they requested of me within my first week of working there so I know that Im a good employee no matter how much Care Advantage try to threaten my working experience. Be blessed, improvement is very much needed.

I really wish I could give them a quarter of a star, there horrible, every weekend I had no coverage, they sent me people who didnt know what they were doing, and knowing that I have cats in my home they continue to send aids that are allergic, I requested they send the information to a different company for review and they canceled my services without notification.. Im deeply appalled.

The staff here is very shifty. They take care of your family like they are trying to wrestle with animals. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking for reliability because they barely show up. I pray no one deals with there type of disrespect.
