What a difference a doctor truly makes! Dr. Park is THE best optometrist Ive met with to date. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. You can really tell hes being genuine in his actions and words. We all have bad days based off my previous review but I can see why this practice succeeds now with the speed and efficiency that he works at. Kelly has been awesome to help me get situated with a new pair of glasses... its been about 6 years since Ive worn them - she was very understanding when I decided to change the frames out for another pair. Come here with ease and make sure to ask for Dr. Park, he wont let you down and youll feel glad that you did. My main displeasure from my last visit was having to wait on Dr Kao and the persistence he had to put me in a lens that I had previously disliked and did not want to try again. Well I fell for it and he had me try them again.. and surprise surprise... they were super uncomfortable due to dryness and eventually one popped out. My previous experience with Biofiinity Toric lenses, which I told Dr. Kao about, was that they were very uncomfortable, caused severe irritation and crusting of the eye lids. Im still not sure why I said "Sure, Ill try them again", probably because I wanted to trust my new eye doctor, but my main question is why? Why would you still recommend them after such a bad experience? Dr. Kao, please take into consideration your patients past - although the technology may be changing.. silicone hydrogel lenses dont work for everybody AND its a well known issue. A simple google search turns up the exact problems I had and discussions that others are having about it. Maybe its just something you arent aware of?

I had a great experience at Loudoun Eye Associates! I am extremely nearsighted and have seen many, many optometrists in my lifetime. I read so many positive reviews online about Dr. Park so I made an appointment. I made the appointment online - super easy and convenient! I got to my appointment a few minutes early and was called back promptly. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly! I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Park and he was very thorough with verifying my prescription and checking the overall health of my eyes. I have been told repeatedly by past doctors that retinal detachment is a risk for someone as nearsighted as I am, but Dr. Park explained it in greater detail and told me what I should do if any of those symptoms should occur. At the end of my appointment, I was given a copy of my eyeglass and contact prescriptions for my records. It was a flawless visit and I will definitely be back!

I would like to express my thanks to Amanda at Loudoun Eye Associates. When the lab associated with my vision plan created all sorts of problems (e.g., ridiculous delays, misplacing my frames, demonstrating little or no customer service skills), a two-week wait for my new lenses turned into nearly a month-long ordeal. Knowing that my backup glasses werent allowing me to see (as my new ones were progressives), Amanda ordered me some temporary glasses that I could wear for a very important business trip. By bending over backwards, she definitely ensured that Ill be bringing my business there in the future.

My husbands eyeglasses broke and he didnt have a backup pair. When I called on a Saturday they were so empathetic and told us to come in even though it was practically impossible to find new frames on the spot for his lenses. With no insurance and little hope we headed over. Cindy Lynch was busy with another patient but with a moment break came over to see if she could help us. It was a miracle! She found inexpensive frames to work for the time being, installed the lenses and my husband could see again. You now have a customer for life! Thank you.

Friendly, professional, and excellent customer service. My eye issues need a doctor that notices the smallest details. Dr. Park noticed and stayed in touch with me until I saw the recommended specialist. The staff greets me by name and goes out of their way to provide top notch customer service. You wont feel pressured to purchase their products. As a patient you dont feel like its all about the money they are going to make off of you, instead you feel like its all about you and your eye health. I highly recommend Dr. Park at Loudoun Eye Associates.

Dr. Park was fabulous. I cant recommend him enough. Listened to all of my questions/concerns, spent over 35 minutes with me in the exam room trying to find the best solution. He is thorough and his staff is well trained, organized and very professional. They all are very happy to work there and are treated well (which says something good about the doctor). I have been searching for a good eye doctor and he truly fits the bill. Gladly recommend him to anyone. Hands down best eye doctor Ive been to on all levels.

Dr. Kao and his staff were awesome from beginning to end. I havent had an eye exam in a long time, and I can easily say that this was the best experience Ive ever had with a doctor in this area. I have a crazy work schedule, and it was a breeze to do everything from scheduling my appointment, to being seen so quickly in the office, and to order new glasses and contacts. Everyone was so friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend Loudoun Eye Associates to anyone.

I loved everything about this place from the moment I first called to schedule an appointment (November 2015). The front office staff was very helpful with pleasant attitudes and I really liked that they were knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. Dr. Kao was great as well. He was efficient and kind and answered all of my questions (...and there were a lot of questions...). Overall, I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Ive been seeing Dr. Park (well, "seeing" is a relative term due to my poor vision) for about two years for both contact lenses and graduated (tri-focal) glasses. Dr. Park will take as much time as you need to answer any questions you may have, and he will lay-out all your options. You wont be rushed out the door, and you will leave feeling "cared for." You cant do any better than Loudoun Eye Associates! Ken

The examinations were thorough and detailed, with plenty of feedback on the findings, delivered in a manner which was easy to understand. There was no pressure to purchase glasses from them once the examinations were finished, but they were happy to give advice if required. Very nice people!

He was very thorough, and his staff was fantastic in accommodating us! Their office is clean, there is ample parking, and they have a nice selection of eye wear too. New to the are and needed a physician who had LASIK training. I did some research online and Dr. Kao got great reviews as well as his staff. I called and got right in for an appointment as a new patient. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was treated as a person and not just a client or body. Dr. Kao was also very professional and thorough. Definitely recommed this practice.
