I loved the friendly staff there & the beautiful office. I use to work for Dr. Taylor when I lived in Crozet for 6 years, then moved back to Charlottesville, Va. & took a position at MJH where I had worked 25 years before close to home. I dreaded leaving Dr. Taylor as he was the best sweetest boss I could have ever ask for, however the secretary staff at that time just would not get along or treat me nice so I left only because of her. I would still be with Dr. Taylor if she wasnt there at that time. I would have continued to drive back & forth I think cause I loved my job there & him & I worked very well together. I continued to be his patient as I let him know why I had to leave after moving. I still refer all patients to him & always have. Most of my family still go to him also except a couple that moved to far away from there. I love going to his music gigs & think he is just awesome in every way. glad I am back into my dental needs with your practice. thanks for your kindness to me at every visit.

My excellent experience began upon walking in the front door. All staff were kind, courteous and attentive. My own comments regarding my teeth were listened to thoroughly. Evaluation of my teeth by Dr. Willis was made completely clear to me in a non-rushed manner. The images of my teeth were digitally done and shown to me with explanation. All the staff worked with me offering me a teeth cleaning and then proceeding with step one of my plan. NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT AT ALL. AND, watching Planet Earth on TV screen above me as well as listening to Adele helped greatly in keeping me calm and relaxed. A generous financial plan for handling my copays was initiated. Definitely a privately owned business with attention focused on clients. I have already recommended them to all of my friends. Dr. Willis is clearly well-educated and very skillful with his work. Cant say enough!

Crozet Family Dental is a top notch dental practice. CFD is a very comfortable and happy dental practice to be part of! The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Megan and Breckon always dress and act very professional at the front desk. Their smiling faces make coming to the dentist more enjoyable. Dr. Willis is an awesome dentist with a kind heart and all the knowledge you need to have someone protecting your teeth. He takes so much pride in his work and has all the top technology that makes going to the dentist so much easier than when I was younger. My son is just as happy with the practice as I am. We would both recommend Crozet Family Dental for your entire family! I was very impressed with the "in office" Boost Professional Whitening! What a huge difference it has made on the looks of my teeth. Thanks to you all!

Having recently moved to Crozet - myself and my husband were searching for a good dentist - we asked our awesome Realtor (who happens to live in the area too) if she knew of a good one. She recommended Crozet Family Dental. Having lived in Europe up until now, I have been accustom to some old school methods. So I had zero expectations of what it would be like in the US. Well, these guys are wonderful - so helpful, gentle and considerate. Such a pleasant experience - you get 2 TVs; one in front of you on the wall, and one on the ceiling.. While your mouth is being worked on..you wont be counting the ceiling tiles in this dentist.. Very friendly staff and very accommodating!! TWO THUMBS UP!

This is obviously a top notch dental office! I have been treated there several times and have seen both doctors. The staff is friendly & efficient.The exam was the most complete that I have ever had. Dr.Willis listened to my concerns and gave me several options for treating my problem. He took the time to answer my questions and gave complete explanations that were easy to understand. Dr. Taylor has shown gentleness and his experience is evident. The treatment I received in this office is by far the easiest I have ever known.I would gladly recommend these doctors to anyone looking for a quality experience that is also comfortable

My dental experience has transformed in the time I have been going to Crozet Family Dental! The Dental Techs are professional and skilled, while still being human. They are positive and encouraging. They treat me like an intelligent patient by showing me my X-rays and explaining my current status along with any upcoming or recommended procedures to me. And they are also willing to share their personal stories and ask me about myself! Drs. Taylor and Willis are top notch! I feel like a friend or family when I go to the dentist and not just a patient or a number! I highly recommend Crozet Family Dental for your whole family!

Dr Willis and Dr Taylor have been my dentist for over 4 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I unfortunately have had some root canals and crowns. The results have been exceptional. One crown seemed to be giving me some minor discomfort and Dr Willis replaced it under the warranty...incredible service. All the staff are great and professional. Every experience has been a pleasure and I never dread going in for my checkups. I highly recommend Crozet Family Dental!!!!

I had my first visit at Family Dental in Fishersville,I was very inpressed at the friendliness of all of the staff,from the front desk all the way through to the Dental Hygienist,everyone was very nice and quite knowledgeable,they made my visit an enjoyable one.I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a good place to go.Its not fun sometimes to go to a dentist ,but when you are treated so well and put at ease,then thats the place to go.

My experience with Dr. Brian was great! He alleviated all my fears and he and his assistant Taylor got me through the procedures without stress! Thank you! The office staff greeted us warmly and Jennifer handled out insurance info ahead of time and we were not surprised with any charges as we have been at other places! I made a second appointment! Worth the hour and 20 minute drive for me!!! Best experience at dentist ever for me!

Best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. Didnt have to wait long in the waiting room. All of the staff was nice and helpful and Dr. Willis was knowledgeable and when it came to doing the work I needed it was unobtrusive and gentle as far as dental work is concerned.
