In the past, whenever I had gone to a dentist, it was a very bad experience for me and I felt like they were there just to get paid, not to give their customers a good experience. Every since I started going to Apple Valley Dental, the experience has completely changed! I found that everyone from the moment you walk in the doors are cheerful, welcoming, and yet professional all at the same time! This has been the only dentist group I have gone to without dreading the experience. I have already told many of my friends of my experiences here, and I hope that many more people come to see that going to the dentist doesnt have to be a dreaded experience for your health, but rather a great experience while maintaining a professional atmosphere!

The office was clean and modern. From the receptionist to Dr. Byers, the staff were friendly, helpful, and competent. The wait in the lobby was quite short. Also, it is usually possible to get an appointment within a reasonable period of time (1 month or less). The only issue I had was that they werent in my dental insurance network, so I had to pay a bit extra. Just a note: The first time I went I hadnt been to a dentist for a while (5 years?). After the hygienist scraped the plaque off, my teeth were a bit sensitive for a while. I had a much better experience later after mentioning that I might have sensitive teeth. It might also help that I get a cleaning at least once a year now.

My family and I have been very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Byers and the staff at Apple Valley Dental. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Byers for six years now. My five year old son, had his first dentist appointment last week with Dr. Byers. I was concerned that he would be scared, but he really enjoyed the process. He was excited to show me the new way they taught him to brush his teeth and has been enjoying checking off the boxes on the tooth brushing chart they gave him. So glad that his first visit to the dentist was such a pleasant one!
