I started seeing Dr. Erica in April 2013 to help with my attempt at a vbac. She is very thorough and careful in everything she does! I was a little apprehensive at first (though I didnt express it, I wasnt sure what to expect from chiropractic care). She made me feel very comfortable with everything - adjustments and the surroundings in general. I adjusted very quickly and easily to the processes - adjustments, TBM, etc. After several months of working with me, I gave birth to a 10 lb, 10 oz baby girl, successful vbac! I have continued seeing Dr. Erica even after that for regular adjustments, TBM, and cranio sacral therapy (as needed). She has helped me overcome the motion sickness Ive had since I was a baby (though there are times I need to readjust since the body needs that upkeep) and shes also been able to help by using acupuncture/acupressure techniques shes currently learning as she works toward her certification in those areas. Those have helped even more! She has helped me overcome certain emotional issues, both with the chiropractic techniques and just talking with her! Shes definitely a fountain of wisdom and helps me learn to think in ways that lead to a healthier way of life! Her calm demeanor and voice always lend toward a smooth appointment and her knowledge of chiropractic care and her constant ability to adjust stuff that I didnt even know could be adjusted continue to amaze me! I take both my girls to her (as needed) and she is soooo patient with them. My 2 year old (almost 3) was a little shy at first, but Dr. Erica was very calm and not rushed at all. She helped her get acclimated to getting adjustments and now she (my 2 yr old) loves to pretend to make adjustments on my husband and her baby doll just like Dr. Erica does. There arent enough words to express how thankful I am to have met her and to be able to continually see her for chiropractic care. Its amazing all that can be adjusted/fixed in a session or two! As were about to have baby #3 in October, shes been helping me stay on the straight and narrow with proper nutrition and chiro care. I look forward to continuously working toward maintaining a healthy pregnancy and future with all my visits with Dr. Erica. :)

Ive been a patient of Dr. Erica for about a year and a half. I started going because I had chronic pain issues in my left hip. Pain that would find its way down my leg, sometimes into my foot numbing my toes. Id also have pain in my left shoulder area with numbness and weakness in my left arm and hand. My regular doctor prescribed steroids - which helped for a few weeks. A few months later I visited a Pain clinic and had a few steroid shots in my SI Joint. Nothing was a permanent fix and my pain and discomfort continued. Eventually, at the urging of a friend I made an appointment with Dr. Erica. After a very thorough consult and exam, and two or three visits within about 10 days I was feeling so much relief I almost couldnt believe it. Since then Ive only had one or two episodes of similar pain my hip, but a treatment or two later and all feels fine again. Im happy to finally be on a path to continued good health thanks to Dr. Erica. Ive also had acupuncture for sinus relief and a couple of NET sessions. Dr. Erica routinely uses the Activator technique which is very gentle. I havent looked back since my first visit, and look forward to each visit that I have scheduled. I highly recommend Dr. Erica for any variety of issues - not just "back pain".

I came to see Dr. Erica very late into my pregnancy with my third child. I have tried at least three other chiropractors in the area and was frustrated with either lack of service, excessive price, or lack of knowledge about pregnancy/children. I was thrilled with the service I experienced with Maimonides! Not only was Dr. Erica incredibly knowledgeable, for both mother and baby, but she such a great person to get to know and I felt very welcome and at home. After my very first visit I knew I could trust her opinion and her care plan for me. (And Ive moved around a lot – visited a lot of chiropractors in my years – Im not very easy to win over!) Prices were very reasonable. Absolutely thrilled to have found my permanent chiropractic home.

Dr. Erica is a gifted healer. She cares a lot about her patients and it shows in that she goes above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. I started going to her practice a few years ago, for help with my SI joint during pregnancy. Since then, my whole family and I have gone back for ailments ranging from TMJ to anxiety, and even high cholesterol. We also try to visit for routine "well" visits. Especially for newborn and mama postnatal visits! (Yes, we trust her to adjust our babies!) Overall, Maimonides Chiropractic is a wonderful practice, and has been a great asset for our familys health care.
