They wasted my time. Said they could see my 2 month baby only to get there and be told while waiting in the exam room that my baby doesnt qualify for their free program. Then say they dont take my insurance and it would be $265 out of pocket. This is all after coming early. Waiting 45 minutes to be pulled back. Then waiting for the doctor to come in. The doctor never made it in. In fact he wasnt even in the office until 1pm my Appt being 12:15pm. No discount offered for their screw up. Im sure they could do better. Someone needs to be checking the schedule and looking for this prior to new appt. A mother wants to know whats wrong with her baby when she comes for an Appt. Not for what I went through.

Dr. Tsai has been my families eye care physician for years. Until we met her I had an eye issue that all previous physicians ignored or either didnt notice. Recently, because she encouraged me to use opti mapping on my son since he was little, she was able to catch a spot on his eye the.minute it changed and immediately sent us to a specialist who was able to take care of it before it became something more serious. I trust Dr. Tsai explicitly...she is the only medical professional I can say that about. And she is amazing with young kids and tweens.

Dr. Smart & his staff are always professional & pleasant. There is no other eye doctor that I would even THINK about going to! My husband, myself & 2 kids have been "seeing" him for years. LOVE HIM! He also takes our VSP insurance (Huge bonus). Fred, Sharon, Dianne & Donna are wonderful to work with (just to name a few ;) Thank you!!!!
