This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an optometry office. First off, the staff is AWFUL. Unprepared, abrasive and simply unorderly. I have met rude office staffs in DRs offices but this group has to be at the top. The office is very outdated- which didnt matter in the grand scope of things, but the office itself was just messy its as if nobody working there cares about their enviroment. The Doctor was OK but thats just it. Nothing to write home about. I also think I would prefer going to an Opthalmologist (MD) for my next visit. But other than that - I too, will not be going back.

I will agree that the doctor is great, but that is where it ends. The prices are high (I saved over $150 by going online for my frames) and the staff is unorganized, uncommunicative, and generally the office is poorly run. They lost my glasses, and then I have been waiting a month from my first visit and they still arent here. I never get called, I always have to follow up to inquire on status and I was not compensated in any way, even though they received money from UPS for the lost package! Love the doctor, but his staff makes it so no worth it to me. I will not be going back.

This is probably one of the best experiences I have had! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the get go, and the Dr is VERY comprehensive and has great attention to detail. I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 and and am now 33, I found these prices to be the best in the area! I have already referred my co-workers! Thanks Icaredoctor!
