I think the person who left the bad review is thinking of some other doctor. If they left a review two years ago, and said theyd been going there for 3 years...well...Dr, Klopfer hasnt been there that long! Ive never had a problem at Route 20/20 and Ive been seeing Dr. K for about as long as shes been in business! Shes the first doctor to get me contacts that were my true prescription and helped me choose the best options for my astigmatism. Shes been available for me during random eyeball emergencies, and is just the nicest doctor you could ever find! She always makes sure to answer all of my questions and takes the time to go over plenty of them from me! Not like most doctors that give you 5 minutes of their time and then move along. John the glasses guys is awesome too! Not only did he fix up my old crooked prescription glasses, he helped me out with a pair of warped sunglasses too! Hes super fast, super friendly and goes out of his way to make sure his workmanship is spot on! Ive always known exactly what I was being billed for and have never had an issue with my insurance or any additional fees. I really dont think that past reviewer is talking about the same place. I definitely recommend Route 20/20!!

I will never go back - I have gone there for 3 years - and everytime they try overcharging me for my exam - And they submitted charges to my Insurance for services I didnt receive! They are really nice people - But they have no clue what they are doing when it comes to Billing. I honestly think they are shady and try getting as much money out of you and the Insurance as they can. If you go - be sure you have a copy of your policy - And make sure they charge you the right amount! Also double check the bill they send to your Ins Co. too!

I love 20/20 vision center! Dr. Klopfer was great and gave me a very in depth eye check up and after I was done John the optician was soo helpful with frame selections and the lenses I needed. With all the diffrent brands of progressive lenses he cut through all the BS and suggest the best one for my needs. the prices were reasonable and the store was beautiful. I cant wait to return!!!! My wife and I have been going to Route 20/20 Vision Center since 2012 when we retired and moved here. All of our experiences have been good and we love the very nice people that work there. They try very hard to get the right frames and lenses for the purpose that I will be using them for like bike riding and reading.

Having a fine eye care center near my home gives me peace of mind. The staff was courteous and friendly and my appointment time was convenient. Dr. Halepaska was professional and caring. I couldnt have hoped for a finer experience!
