I had a terrible experience at Woodlake Animal Hospital. Dr. Jennifer Sanderson misdiagnosed my puppy with a degenerative bone disease and told me my puppy would need surgery costing between $1200 and $3200. She took an x-ray that she said confirmed the diagnosis. After going through an emotional roller coaster and returning my puppy to the breeder, we had an orthopedic vet x-ray him and determine that he had perfectly healthy hips. Dr. Sanderson is Dr. Jones associate who was filling in for her at the time of my visit. Although Dr. Jones did refund the money for the visit to Woodlake Animal Hospital and have her radiologist look at Dr. Sandersons x-rays confirming that my puppy was disease free, she told me that she stood behind her associate. It was disconcerting to me that Dr. Jones employs and is associated with someone whose behavior falls within the category of malpractice. This reflects poorly on her in spite of the fact that she seems to be a good vet. Needless to say, I have found a new vet.

I brought my pet to Dr. Jones when she was a part of another practice. He had many issues related to food allergies and she was the first to point that out. When it was time to say goodbye to our beloved Bruttuss she was so kind and helpful. When we rescued our current dog Harry I was searching for a vet who was open and supportive of holistic medicine. Imagen my surprise when we found Dr. Jones again and that she had her own practice. While my last dog LOVED going to the vet this one not so much, however Dr. Jones has been extremely patient with him and again supports our choice to go with a raw food diet and limited vaccinations. Our last visit was made even better by the visits from their office cat into our exam room. My Harry went from cowering in the corner to forgetting his fear in order to investigate the cats.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jones. I had just moved to the area and my dogs records were all up to date - just needed heart worm pill refill. The staff was very friendly, there were 2 dogs and 2 cats that "live" at the office - I was nervous that my 10 lb dog who thinks hes 100 lbs would go crazy like he usually does around other animals but the calmness of the others made my dog very calm. I was seen promptly and Dr. Jones didnt try to push unnecessary test or medications. She was also very helpful about introducing me to pet friendly venues in the area as well as farmers markets that sell pet treats. I find it wonderful that she supports local vendors. I am very happy with Woodlake Animal Hospital.

My husband and I love Dr. Jones and the staff at Woodlake Animal Hospital. I came upon Dr. Jones accidentally, while purchasing dog food from her office. We struck up a conversation about my need for the food and I was impressed enough to make an appointment for my dog. He had digestive problems for years and after one visit with Dr. Jones, those problems soon became history. I knew that I needed to move my three senior Bichons to her practice and left my vet of thirty years to do so. We have been very pleased with the care that she and her staff offer our pets and the professional and caring way that she works with us.

I cant begin to tell you how much my dogs love to go to the vet! My cat needed a checkup and shots today and I brought one of my two pittys with me just to visit because, if I came home with the smell of Dr. Jones office on my person, she would give me the sad look of, "why didnt I get to go too!" I think I need to bring my other pitty for a visit because she keeps smelling my leg and looking at me saying, "do I get to go to Dr. Jones? Do I, do I?"Dr. Jones and her staff are professional, compassionate and obviously love their work. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of emergency care or just a regular checkup.

A wonderful new facility with Dr. Leslie Jones at the head of this professional, caring clinic dedicated to the highest and best care to our family pet. At the conclusion of our visit we were convinced of the continued interest and caring would extend beyond the time frame of our scheduled visit. Woodlake Animal Hospital is a welcomed additional to our community. We were greeted immediately with interest and recognition; we were made to feel we made the best decision in choosing Dr. Jones to be our veterinarian.

Dr. Jones has taken excellent care of all my animals and I trust her with any and all decides regarding them. Through acupuncture she extended and improved the life of my aging Corgi until he had to be put down (which she came to the house and did). Since then she has given quality care for our two boxers, calling in medication, handling the odd questions and talking Mom off the ledge more than once. I will never have another vet!

Absolutely fantastic in every way. Everybody is professional and caring, from the front desk and the assistants to all the behind the scenes people. Dr Jones herself is some kind of animal whisperer. Her diagnosis have always been spot on and she prescribes the correct solutions. Not the most expensive but the one that will get the best results. My only regret is, i live in Florida now.

So happy we found Dr. Jones and Woodlake Animal Hospital! One of the things I like the best is that our dog isnt plopped on an exam table to be poked and prodded. Dr. Jones does her evaluation while hes on the floor. Our dog thinks shes just playing so hes not so scared about being there. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Wont be going to any other vet!

Best vet care around. Offers acupuncture, laser and treats exotic pets too! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Hospital is super clean. The vets are top notch. I take all my pets there.
