Whatever I read negative about this clinic is 200% right. I was there two days back. And I have not seen a Doctor at all. Employee I spoke to, asked me to drop cat and kept my report from previous clinic and not return it back at all. And said Vet will call you. I have not heard from Doctor till after work over and her employee kept updating me. Not having urine test kept over night saying not charging for boarding as if they are giving me a favor. Next day called few times saying how much my cat eat and will charge extra for each can she eat. Shocked! Is this compassion? In whole sale market anything, you get lot cheaper and telling me how much she eats. Horrible! They keep on adding different blood test and they could have done one at a time to find out reason why my cat is not eating or drinking after shots she got day before somewhere else. I been contacting SPCA since few months and after a long time I got call from them asking me to fax report from this clinic. I been calling last 3 days to fax report. Someone says Doctor will fax. after she reviews. Someone says report was faxed, another person said not faxed. Someone said Doctor not working any Wednesday. Someone else said she came and went for a lunch. What a joke! I emailed five times yesterday, no response from Vet Doctor. When I went to pick up my cat, I was running 3-5 min late and called them. They said $25 extra charge if I come even one min late. I asked them to keep her if they wants to take advantage of me trying to scam knowing all pet owners love their pet. Five different employee came arguing non stop saying I know timings to pick up and all that. They did not respond calls as they promised, not faxed, lied, scammed and so on,,,is that ok? That meand I should be charging them also. Ten min later I called again and same argumentation when I was in same parking lot. When I went to the door three employees shut off lights and hiding in the back. I went to back and called them and left a message for a Vet. They turn on light and let me come in and asked me to pay $25 extra. Another employee typing whatever I said. One employee said She have college loan to pay and not working free here even a min. What kind of compassion is this? I gave check and employee stamped on back asking me to sign saying if not cleared $35 charge or collection. Is this customer service specially working for emergency animal hospital? If I wanted, I could have put stop payment on that check which was $600 Plus just cat not eating and drinking dont needed all those blood test. And added Ear test and Thyroid test and wanted to add more test whatever they can to make more money from me just like Mechanic you go to.. Next day I called for not faxing report to SPCA. And one employee said faxed and not faxed. Dr is here and not here. Saying further I got original previous vet report which I never did. Someone need to sue them. If someone will, I will be their witness for sure. Vet called next day saying its my fault and faxed report to spca and faxed again today. It was not faxed today again. She also said she will not render no more services to me. So why I paid for exams when they were going to sell me medicine and said I can not buy elsewhere? Sorry, I will not pay to scammers. If anyone went there by mistake got overcharged pl do not hesitate to put stop payment on check.

4,000.00, NEVER would doctor ever talk to me, only staff. Trusted her so much just because she was a vet. Never again. Left my dog there and waited for a diagnosis. The staff told me to go hom and the Doctor would call. Well, she never called. No one knew what the status was when I called later in the day. Do I got there at 530 to check and they presented me with my dog and a $4,000.00 bill for tests, medicine that I had never even been told about and no diagnosis, just treating symptoms. I paid and reported to the vet association for licensing and they told me have had complaints on her before but cannot handle anything regarding money. What about the unethical scam on people that is being run out of the crossridge shopping center in our neighborhood?. I took my dog to Locke Taylor on woodman road. He had a uti and it cost me $54.00. The doctor looked at the meds from Dr. Burke and said you have been had bad. She gave my dog psychosomatic, diabetes, heart and thyroid drugs on purpose to run up the bill as they are the most expensive. She took blood, X-rays. Even Locke Taylor said that would have been a few hundred in their offic, if it was needed, which it wasnt. My dog only had one symptom and it was a simple uti. If my dog been More than three years old, the doctors told me he would have died within four hours from an overdose being administered medication she did to rack up the bill...I hope this woman rots in hell and someone sues quickly for all our animals die. I am sure Animals have already died. please make sure its not going to be yours until we can get her out of business.

08/01/15 Really disappointed in my last visit. Tests went up 20% since my last visit in may. Not sure why but I will be finding another vet, I cant afford this one. 11/11/16 So, I found myself back here for the convenience. However, once again they are trying to get more money out of me. I found the medication they offered, for $130 cheaper online, however the vet would not approve the prescription for the online company, they denied it and are making me pick up a written prescription which I have to mail to the online company, where Dr. Burke could have just faxed back the info and I would have already had the meds. So, not only did they not approve the prescription, they did not tell me they had declined the authorization. After calling them, they said it would take a couple of days to get a prescription written. Really? What should have happened is they should have written the prescription when I was there. I didnt realize it was going to be an issue, or I would have insisted on it. Bottom line is they want you to pay outrageous prices for their meds by making things difficult to get elsewhere. I will NOT go back to this vet ever, and I suggest you consider other vetinary alternatives. Very disappointing!

If I could give zero stars I would. I took a feral cat that I rescued to this vet because of a suspected UTI. They kept her for 3 days doing crazy tests and charging almost $800 to tell me she did, in fact, have a UTI. Today I call them because my cat is exhibiting classic signs of a recurring UTI to ask if they would call in an antibiotic for her because I am unable to get her to the office until the weekend. First they said they couldnt because of legal reasons. When I commented that this was false because of having other vets call in meds for other pets, they changed their tune and said they would have to talk to the doctor for clarification. When they finally called me back regarding the matter, I was told they would not call anything in for her without seeing her and gave all of these excuses why they wouldnt. I was asking for an antibiotic to help my cat until the weekend, but obviously this "hospital" cares more about making money than the care and comfort of their clients, both the four and two legged ones. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be taking any of my animals to this place again. Totally disgusted!
