The people that work there are the most disrespectful kind of human beings I have ever met in my life. The older woman veterinarian has the worst attitude and talks down to you like youre below her. I asked her simple questions and she gave me such rude, snarky remarks I wanted to just leave. My cat had to have blood work done and it turned out his kidneys are failing. She knew we didnt have much money and she just told us there was nothing she could do and just smirked and gave my cat back. She had no remorse. She said he would be dead within a couple weeks and she didnt want to run IVs on him because he possibly couldnt have gotten into any poison to make his kidneys not function properly. It turns out she didnt tell us anything about a kidney infection. Ive put him on antibiotics now and hes doing ten times better. She did not do any effort to help us and rushed us out. This woman is hateful and other family members have also had issues with her. The staff is also very rude. For the sake of your animals well being, do not go here. They do not care about you or your animal. Find a nice vet that will actually HELP you and be sympathetic and try their best to find a solution!

If folks want to pay LOTS more for their pet care, feel free to look elsewhere. Ive been coming here for many years and have always received good service. I dont feel Im being pushed into buying for more care or meds than are absolutely needed. The vets have the animals care at heart. Some reviews say that the folks are rude. Ive not found that to be the case, but Im here solely to take care of my pets and do so on a budget. They achieve that in spades. I guess there are many other vets in the area that will smile more, exchange pleasantries, and charge substantially more for their care. And not show any more care for the animal. They put my beloved St. Bernard, Casey, to sleep today. They were very supportive and allowed us to make the decisions at every point. They will listen to you if you say that you want to be present (or not), and consider your familys reaction to this very important decision to put our suffering pet to sleep. Nothing to criticize. Im here for the animal care.. and from the crowded waiting rooms every time Im here, many other folks are in the same boat.

Rude does not describe the one receptionist lady with short short white hair - so short - like a marine. She is downright nasty for no reason. In the short time I was there waiting I saw her roll her eyes at one customer when he said something like he left his wallet in the car and make nasty remarks for no reason at two other customers for something as small as asking for a pen. I am not going to say what she said exactly because I am afraid this nasty lady will do something to get me back if I say too much and she knows who I am. But she acted like she really hated these customers for some reason and the customers were perfectly normal. I actually felt scared that I might do something to piss her off and she would make me pay for it some how like turn me away next time or refuse some other little thing I needed. I heard her actually yell at a customer over nothing and threaten refuse to help him only because of a small request. Well she didnt yell but she was so mean for no reason that she was yelling at the customer without actually yelling if you know what I mean.

I cant even express how much I love this place. Its not the most glamorous office room but: 1. They give me 1/2 priced vet visits for the injured strays that Ive brought in and later rehomed. They have ALWAYS been so careful and generous about this and made sure the little ones were healthy before going off to their new home. 2. We took our senior dog there who had (what appeared) to be a seizure and they diagnosed her properly with a vestibular disease and gave us 1/2 price since it was such a quick visit, and they didnt even have to treat her. 3. They will also recommend other clinics for the strays I rescue, like Kinchloe as doing cheaper spay/neuter treatments and do not mind doing so. 4. When we had to have our old dog put down due to jaw cancer, she went quietly and peacefully and they were very understanding) and not to mention, affordable!

This review is not about the Veterinarian, it is only about the staff member that answered the phone this morning. I heard that this veterinarian is wonderful. However, when I tried to make an appointment, the girl that answered the phone needs some training. When she answered, I said good morning, there was a definite moment of silence before she replied, "can I help you"? She seemed very irritated and very cold in response. While I understand that they are not taking new patients until next year, I am distraught about my dogs condition. I explained it and she very curtly asked if the dog had a vet before now. I answered yes but she didnt give me a chance to tell her that given her condition, that this veterinarian was recommended. She said, then you need to take it there.

FIVE NEGATIVE STARS! This is in regard to the front desk (Tracy). I had heard from a good friend about this clinic and that their prices were very reasonable so we decided to take my small dog there. I wish I had read the reviews before my sister took her. Let me say this: she did NOT get seen. The woman at the reception desk was sooo evil. HORRIBLE customer service!!! I heard the vets are good but the person out front... OMG... they should be the image of the staff in the back. We wanted to try another vet out but the lady out front was sooo rude. They just lost my business. I will tell everyone who plans on going here to not even bother and needless to say I will also let my friends that told me about this clinic hear what happened here.

Took my puppy to get a check up. I also had to take my baby (1yr) due to no sitter. It was going smoothly and I had been waiting a hour. The next customer comes in with her dog and her dog is very aggressive to mine not to mention my baby was right there!!!!! The 2 old ladies at the desk told me I had to wait outside with my baby and dog in 40 degree weather. I was blown away when they told me that. That is so rude and unprofessional when the other customers dog was in the wrong and she had no child with her. I will never go back and family and friends that I recommended wont be either. They are so cheap and give cheap care and professionalism.

I have used Princess Anne Animal Hospital since the mid 90’s. I cannot praise this business enough for keeping veterinary care affordable to the working class - especially preventative care. Twenty years ago as a young mother on a tight budget, I would not have been able to give my children the experience of growing up with a pet or teach them about the responsibilities that proper pet ownership entails without this reasonably priced resource. My children are now grown and benefited greatly from the dog and cat that help raise them. Currently I am in a better financial place but I will continue to support Princess Anne Animal Hospital.
