My frustrations with this office is, when you call and need to be seen by your primary care doctor he /she does not have an available appointment for 6 months. Then they just want to throw on the next available nurse practitioner. It has gotten to where you NEVER see the same doctor or practitioner twice, always being pushed on someone different. I feel like their healthcare has gotten to be more about money and less about patient care. I have went to the same doctor since I was 15 yrs old and I love the fact that he is still within the practice just wish when I was sick that I would be able to see him.

This doctor is the worse doctor I have encountered. He likes to talk and that is it!!! He gives diagnoses with no test to back up with. Wrong diagnosis and when he finds no answers he send you home to wait and see if you still have the same symptoms in a week. Ive been short of breath and had chest pain for a month now. Im surprised this doctor does not get disbared for being so uncaring.

I was in for a routine checkup, it was pretty straight forwards. I was a little annoyed because they had me fill out paperwork for the nurse, but she didnt know what to do with it when I got there. Ill update this as I gain more experience with this office

I consistently call and get forced to leave a message because no one answers. It is hours before I get a call back. Ive never had a great experience at the office either. Looking for a new doctor. Very disappointing.

And your average wait time on the phone is..........long very long every time. Nothing like scheduling appointments to see me 30 minutes late every time.
