This place is not clear about their charges and payments. I had a pretty bad experience with them. I had a physical done there and i will never go back! Part of doing the physical is Paps for the ladies. I told them i would like to come back another day to finish my physical due to the inconvenience of my menstrual cycle. They told me "yes you can come back next time or do it now its up to you". So i came back next time thinking to complete my physical that i already paid $80 for from my last visit. They charged me another $80 for my return visit for the PAPS only. It was not disclosed to me that i will be charged separately just to come back to do a Paps. They should have explained to me clearly that if i chose to come back to complete that paps, i would have to pay again. I would have completed everything there the day of. Plus, they did not tell me that i had to pay for lab tests myself, on top of my $160 that i already paid. I had to deal with laboratory bills coming for me without me even knowing about it. Thats the frustrating part. Its their job to explain and disclose the charges clearly before putting their patients to all these tests and lab work! This place operates their business with no INTEGRITY and MORALS. I wouldnt mind paying for these charges if they were explained properly and transparently to me. Ladies and Gens, i wouldnt suggest going here at all. There are plenty of other nicer and genuine medical clinics in Gainesville.

Dr. Bruce is a BC PPO Network provider but requires patients to self pay for the Migraine Botox procedure at an Out of Network cost of 75% and drug fees. I understand you are a small office, but when customers are paying for health insurance and you are an in-network provider why would you not provide that service for your patients. Very dissatisfied that I have to find another in-network provider when you came highly recommended.

Dr Bruce is an amazing caring physician. We moved to the area recently and spent quite some time looking for a good family doctor. We found Dr Bruce and have been extremely happy!! She is a very personable and friendly doctor who is good with kids as well.
