Very difficult to get staff to follow through with preauthorizations, prescription renewals and getting in touch with the doctor. The 2 ladies at the front desk use each other to avoid complaints..."you didnt speak with me, it must be someone else", knowing there are only two people who answer the phone and they sit 3 feet apart with no dividers. Can be very rude and will not accept responsibility for their actions or rather inactions. I never get a call from the doc or staff to go over results of tests. Always up to me to follow up. Doctor Crossen does not have the patients back. He is too interested in keeping peace in his office. It appears he has little control over his staff. What a train wreck of a practice. I couldnt get the staff or the Doc to get a simple preauthorization from my insurer for 10 days and they knew I had run out of a very critical medication. I am currently looking for a replacement for this doc that I have been seeing for 15 years. Wont take it any more.

I have been a client of Dr. Crossen for over 35 years, and I really enjoy have Keith Crossen as my primary doctor the level of service from his staff has made me start looking for another primary physician. I am sorry to have to do that buy the staff mismanages appointments, prescriptions and gives the perception only time they will do anything is when you have to contact Dr. Crossen. Unfortunately I have to look elsewhere for my primary care because of his staff. Incompetent and do not work well with clients when they have to make adjustments.

We have been patients of Dr. Crossens for decades. In the past 6 months it has become more frustrating than helpful to use his services. The office staff is horrible and constantly changing. We have been trying to speak with someone in his office for THREE WEEKS! No return calls - nothing. Today I finally go by the office and was told they were at lunch and to "come back at 2." Needless to say I stayed and gave them an earful. DO NOT RECOMMEND....not work the frustration and lack of customer care.

I cant really review the practice since I could never get in. I had 3 appointments cancelled in a row, the last after confirming the appointment—again—and then being called on the way to the appointment to be told I was axed again. I fully realize a practice is a busy place, but so am I. So is every one else. Totally unacceptable, especially 3 times in a row over a period of months and then calling less than hour before the meeting. This front-line experience speaks volumes. Good luck.

After a week and half of trying to get a prescription refill, my 90 year old mother had to go to Dr. Crossens office to get a written refill because the staff would not respond to her pharmacists request. They nonchalantly handed her the written request without an apology or any kind of acknowledgement. The staff has always been a problem but this experience worries me. She likes Dr. Crossen so she hesitates to take my advice to change doctors.

Keith Crossen is great. Been my Dr. close to 30 years. But his staff is horrible. I had an appointment that they canceled due to an internet failure. No one called to reschedule. I cant get through to talk to anyone. When you leave a message, its ignored. "Ill get back to you in "24 business hours"......what does that mean. Well it does even mean 3 days because I waited that long
