I spoke with some girl named Laura, or Lora, over the phone. I was calling to ask a question about the lab company they use, halfway throught my question, she became defensive and started talking over me. She attempted to explain how contractors work, about the signs posted in the rooms, how the office has no control over the billing for labs, how the patient should have known to tell the lab, etc. She wouldnt stop talking. I finally told her to stop talking to me like that and that she needed to let me explain the reason for my call. Her response was to put me on hold. When she came back, she asked in such a condensending tone, if I had "calm down". I asked her for her last name, she said it was "non of my concerns". I told her multiple times to let me speak with someone else but she just kept talking over me. She put me on hold twice without a warning. Eventually she let me tell her the reason for my call. She tried to play off her rudeness as "trying to help me". I dont know if everyone acts the same in this office but Laura at least needs some serious costumer service training.

Dr. Fart ash is a very kind, very thorough doctor. I enjoy seeing her. Mrs. Carter, the PA is who my husband and I normally see. She is absolutely amazing. Very down to earth, very easy to talk to. They both have excellent bedside manner. I love the staff, anytime we need a referral they are on top of it, with no grief. Very easy to get in to be seen same day if needed. Excellent patient care.

Dr. Fartash takes time to let you explain how you are feeling then answers your questions after the exam. I always get a follow up call to explain results of any test that were done. When I really needed to be seen fast they always do their best to get me in.
