Over the years this practice has been falling off steadily! Some of the people at the window upon arrival have a real bad attitude and it only sets the tone for the visit. The long visits may have to do with cramming as many patients in as possible at one time, which is why I have waited as long as 25 minutes in an exam room. The kind of care from this practice makes me wonder if this is the reason people think our health care system is such a joke. His office referred me to a cardiologist and then at a subsequent visit it took me about ten minutes to explain why I did not have to give anyone permission to get my files. If they took the time to open my file they would have known what was going on without wasting time asking questions. Schutte was always unprepared for visits and I do not go but 1-2 times a year...except in 2009 because of cardiac issues. Moving to Pratt!
