Ladysmith Medical Center has been very professional on the phone and the wait time is not long; this is a big improvement. I appreciate the professionalism of Carol Campbell. They will also do their best to schedule "emergency" appointments as soon as they can. Great small town atmosphere.

As always, it is the people who make the office! New to the area, I was looking for a new medical facility close by, competent, and friendly. The staff was very friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. Such a nice surprise to find in such a small community.

Very unprofessional. Spend literally hrs on hold just to speak to staff. Calls usually not returned even when in an emergency situation, I will not be going back to this office
