TERRIBLE hospital for kids. My grandmother has been an employee for 40 plus years and still cant get quality care. My daughter was transferred with a false diagnosis to another hospital and I was put through hell over them not knowing what the hell to do. I will never go here again unless Im visiting someone before this hospital kills them with lies and false diagnosis. Also they gave my cousin a medicine her chart clearly said she was allergic to and meant it for the patient in the room next to hers... hold off... take your ass to Kilmarnock or Richmond!

My mother was treated like a prisoner. She had legitimate pains and an infection in her legs and she was not taken for any tests, nor was she given pain meds. She suffered for over six hours. She might as well have stayed home if she was not going to be taken care of. Do NOT go to this hospital.

Terrible !!!!!!!! my grandfather had a heart attack and we waited for 9 hours without any word. They kept saying theyll come down in a minute! WTF worst hospital ever , very bad Doctors and extremely bad service. Very unhelpful and rude front desk. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Today, Monday April 10, 2017, I needed to call Riverside Hospital. I could not. I let the phone ring a total of 43 minutes without answer. This is just not right. "Were busy", will be the excuse. I think a real nice Sentera would be nice

This is the worst hospital around. They dont take you seriously and act as if you are making up your symptoms. If you need to go to the hospital, dont go to Riverside! You might not come out alive.

Waiting as we speak for 2 and a half hours. Awful emergency room wait. No reason for this, if someone dies you guys are gonna be screwed. Hire More people with our tax money
