I left another eye doctor to go to this location recommended by my PCP. This office is horrific. Unorganized. Front office staff is rude. -my contacts were not ordered and when I called after one month they ordered them then told me I couldnt be seen for 6 weeks for my "contact fitting". Ive been in contact for 15 years and they charged $125 for a "fitting". -the wrong lenses were ordered for my astigmatism after the 6 week wait -my Rx that I sent to order my contacts online had the left and right eyes reversed. Worst eye doctor experience in 15 years. Will NEVER go back to this office or practice and wouldnt recommend.

The doctors are very good and know what they are doing. Dr. Falls is just the best. HOWEVER ... if you want contacts, expect to be VERY frustrated because the person who does that is very unaccommodating and doesnt respond in the time frame you were told. And if you arent available for the time that person tells you to come in, you will have to wait a long time and still have the same difficulty. I dont understand this - are they very part-time? It will take you MONTHS to get contacts. Our experience was the same as the person below regarding contacts. Otherwise I would have given the practice 5 stars.

Incompetent and rude front desk attendants. They will need to re staff their front desk to bring some respectability to this clinic which otherwise had good doctors (atleast Dr. Julie Leigh) - They tried to charge my friend for an extra opt in service, even when she had not opted in the intake form - They charge $10 for a sending a duplicate prescription and they claim they cannot email or fax it. Someone should appraise them of the practices at other firms. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding doc. Did two cataract surgeries and has been treating my iritis and uveitis. Great skill and very personable. His father was also a leading ophthalmologist suo he learned from the best.
