I had my near sighted vision and astigmatism corrected 2 months ago. The staff were very hospitable during the consultation process but when it came down to the day of my surgery, I waited for 3 hours for a procedure that takes no more than 5 minutes. There were no reassurances, just sitting around wondering what the heck was going on. After spending 2 minutes on each eye the doctor sits me up, does a quick check, pats me on the back and sends me on my way. While my left eye healed very well my right eye has unfocused middle distance vision. I wrote about my vision issues to Dr.Holzman two weeks after the procedure and never got a reply, a month later I went in for my check up and the Dr. who checked my eyes was in a rush to get to another appointment and only responded to my concerns with it takes time. I understand it takes time to heal, but when a patient is obviously upset and concerned about the results, spending literally 5 minutes with them and brushing them off does nothing to alleviate any kind of fears. They have my money now so the deal is done, lets just hope my eyes get better.

Dr. Holzman is a great surgeon. He was professional and really took good care of me making sure I was comfortable with the procedure. I highly recommend him if you are considering getting Lasik. My follow up optometrist is another practice closer to my home and he commented that Dr. Holzmans cut was clean on my eyes and I am healing well. One week post-op I had 20/15 vision. The procedure was quick (maybe 7-8 minutes in the OR) and painless, his staff played I think 2 songs, gave me a teddy bear to hold onto and let me bring my own blanket so I was comfortable and warm. Dr. Holzman also texted me that evening to make sure I was feeling ok and then followed up a week later as well. Highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Holzman and his team. The entire staff at this Tysons location is amazing - very friendly, caring and sensitive to patients needs. The surgery went very well - and its VERY quick - no complications at all. I am now at 20/15 (better than 20/20 vision) and the recovery time is pretty nonexistent - you can go back to many of your regular activities (work, driving) the next day. I would highly recommend this TLC and their procedure. I was referred to TLC by my husband, he had his done at a TLC in NY and also had a wonderful experience.

Dr. Holzman and his staff are very professional and show how much they genuinely care about your outcome as a patient. I had high correction in both eyes. after testing and some extra time preparing my eyes for lasik, I was able to have the procedure. It was life changing. Since then Dr Holzman has personally checked on me over text and email. Hands down this is the best office in the D.C. Area to go where you can expect nothing less than top of the line care. I would recommend this office to anyone considering lasik.

If youre considering LASIK, I definitely recommend Dr. Holzman and his staff at TLC Tysons Corner. Their track record, expertise, friendly attitude, and office atmosphere make it easy to relax during the procedure. As soon as it was over (5 to 10 minutes after getting set up), my vision was better than it ever was with contacts or glasses, with some minor dryness that lasted only a couple of weeks. I cant imagine having a better experience with a procedure like this.

Dr. Holzman and the staff at TLC were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable with them. The procedure itself was incredible. MAYBE 5 minutes with the laser. All told, I walked in with very poor vision and walked out 45 minutes later with near-perfect vision. I couldnt believe how quick and easy it was. I absolutely recommend TLC and Dr. Holzman.

Dr. Holzman and his entire staff were lovely and professional. My experience was stellar from start to finish, as well as quick. I was approved for surgery and on the books right away, and two weeks later I had brand new eyes. Plus, Dr. H personally checks in on you and is available for any questions, day or night. If you are considering lasik, dont go anywhere else but here.

I had a wonderful experience with TLC. Everyone on staff was lovely and the procedure was a breeze. I went to another LASIK place prior to visiting TLC and was unimpressed - they gave me the hard sell for why I should get it, insisted I get my eyes dilated that day, etc. TLC, though, was much more understanding and helpful.
