Getting the bad out of the way first. Sometimes the wait before seeing the doc is a bit long. On the other hand the nurses are so professional and sweet. I couldnt tell you if theyre faking or not, theyre so fantastic. They know my name and my childrens name AND mention previous conversations in follow up ones. Dr. Johnson and his family are extremely well rounded and well informed people. They are always up for answering questions and treat everyone as equal as possible. I moved to Norfolk but take a BUS to Town Center because of that amazing office!

My son and the babies mom, the Dr office will not give them information about their child. The reason they will not is becuase the grandparents took the baby up their and did not name the mother or father on their. The office said becuase the parents are 16 the only thing they could do was have an adult on the files. The parents of the child has a court order and everything about custody of their child. The Dr office will not abide to it. So we are now going to call the board and report them. I dont care that they are 16 the law is the law ....

Whereas Dr. Johnson may be a competent doctor, unfortunately, such competence is overshadowed by the extreme lack of professionalism exhibited by his support staff. I have never encountered such ignorance dealing with a supposed professional establishment. Dr. Johnson should have more pride in his business and hire more intelligent and capable individuals to represent his practice. I have only dealt with this office on three separate occasions, however, each time was so unpleasant that I have already contacted another doctor.

My children went to Dr Johnsons office for 3 years. The staff were always polite and kind. There were, on occasion, long waits for our appointments, but the wait was worth it as Dr Johnson is an excellent pediatrician. He takes his time with patients and listens to parents concerns. He is one of the best pediatricians my children have ever seen.

My children have been cared for at Johnsons Pediatrics since 1988. I have found their care to be outstanding and personal and the staff has always given us top notch professional, courteous service. I have recommended Johnsons Pediatrics to others and will continue to use them for my grandchildren.

Everyone there is amazing! Only one nurse I dont feel comfortable about. The front desk nurse ( Im so sorry , I dont remember your name) is by far my favorite person there . She has helped me in so many ways possible. Thank you !
